GlamourTress is a website where you can buy wigs and hair extensions. I had a bad experience with them. I tried to call them, but they never answered the phone. I wanted to know who owns the website and where they are located. I also sent them pictures of a wig that damaged my real-life shirt with color. They talked about the manufacturer and made excuses that didn't make sense. I don't want to go into details, but it was really frustrating. It seems like they treat all their customers this way. I bet Michelle Obama or any other celebrity wouldn't be treated like this. It's really sad. If you want to hear more, let me know.

I heard about GlamourTress from a friend who said they had speedy delivery. I live in Georgia too, so I thought I'd give them a try. Last year, I placed an order on a Monday and had it by Wednesday. That was amazing! But lately, it's been taking forever. When I order on a Monday, it takes 8 whole days to get my stuff. Can you believe it? I get a tracking number right away, but it doesn't update for 4 or 5 days. That's just not right. I don't think it's worth it anymore. I'm going to try somewhere else.

So, I made a big order for me, my mom, and my grandma on GlamourTress. It was a lot of stuff, almost $500 worth. But when I tried to call them, nobody picked up for like 47 times. Finally, someone answered, but it was a manager who was super mean to me. He accused me of trying to do fraud or something, which was totally not true. He was yelling and being so rude, it was really unprofessional. I asked to talk to his boss, but he just hung up on me! I can't believe how bad their customer service is. I've worked in customer service for 5 years and I've never seen anything like this. I would never tell anyone to use this website or buy from this company.

Glamourtress is a business that comes from Asia and they do things differently than American businesses. They don't let you return things, exchange them, or get your money back. They don't seem to care about making their customers happy and their products are not very good. They don't seem to care if you come back and buy more things from them.

I bought two wigs from them in medium brown, but when I got them, they were both jet black. I tried to tell them about the problem, but they acted like they didn't understand what I was saying. I even went to the BBB to try to get them to fix the problem, but after four whole months, they still wouldn't do anything to help me. Because of this, I don't want to buy anything from any Asian hair or beauty supply businesses anymore.

So, I decided to give GlamourTress a try and ordered some hair products. I was happy to receive an email confirming my purchase, but four days later, I noticed a credit on my bank account. I was confused and decided to call customer service to find out what was going on. Unfortunately, I had to call for two days before finally getting through to a person.

The customer service representative informed me that they were out of the product I had ordered, but they never sent me an email to let me know. I was frustrated, but decided to re-order the items anyway. I received another email confirming my purchase, but two weeks later, I still hadn't received any tracking information.

I recently made an order on GlamourTress on 12/30/2018. However, after almost two months of waiting, I still had not received my order. I decided to email the company on 2/13/2019 to inquire about my order. Unfortunately, I was told that my transaction ID did not match my order. I copied and pasted my transaction ID from PayPal to them, but I never received a response.

Feeling frustrated, I decided to write to them again on 02/21/2019 to ask for either a refund or an update on my order. I even mentioned that I would have to take it up with PayPal if I did not hear back from them. To my surprise, I received a reply from Glamour Tress that said, "Sorry for any delay, you can do what you please; unfortunately, as we looked at your tracking, it says it was delivered. We understand if you have to go through PayPal".

I was disappointed with the response I received from GlamourTress. It seemed like they did not care about my concerns and were not willing to help me resolve the issue. I would advise anyone who is thinking of ordering from this site to be cautious. If you do not want to risk losing your money, I would suggest looking for another site to purchase from.

So, I recently bought some hair from GlamourTress and let me tell you, it was not a good experience. The hair that I received seemed like it had already been used and was really matted. I was so disappointed with the quality of the hair that I just had to write a review about it. I wanted to warn others to be careful and not waste their money on this hair.

When I submitted my review, I was surprised to see that it had a rating of 3/5. I found out that it was because another girl had rated the hair a 5 and I had rated it a 1. The hair that I had purchased was called TABIA. I was like, "Okay, cool." But then, the next day, I went to their website and my review was GONE! They had deleted it! I couldn't believe it. I rewrote my review again and the same thing happened the next day. They deleted it again!

I can only imagine how many other bad reviews they have deleted just so they can make more money. It's really not fair to the customers who are spending their hard-earned money on their products. I would strongly advise against purchasing anything from this company. They are clearly not interested in providing quality products or good customer service.

This company is a mess.
They sent me a wrong wig in the different color I never ordered. Absolutely different. I ordered the black one, got the red instead. Don't know what exactly happened and whose fault it is, as a customer I don't really care, I excluded my fault as I checked everything carefully before trying to contact them.
By the way, contacting them is a hopeless thing. Out of ten times, they picked up the phone just once. Knowing it may be the first and the last time I reached them I explained the situation with all the details and wanted to know what I had to do. They apologized and said they don't accept the returns. Why? I haven't even worn it.
I want you to refund in full, it's my right. I don't want you to think I won't fight for my money. So the story hasn't finished yet, but I want to warn you not to deal with them. You will regret.
