I gotta say, I'm lovin' amika's products. I've tried a few of 'em, but the ones that really stand out to me are their dry shampoo and hair spray. I ain't happy with amika. I sent back my stuff on June 26, 2020, and it was worth $121.60. I used FedEx and got a receipt for the shipping, but I still ain't got my refund. I tried calling their customer service, but they don't pick up the phone. I left voicemails, but no one called me back. I even sent an email to their contact on their website, but still no response. This is a big warning to y'all if you're thinking of buying from amika. I'm super frustrated, and I ain't gonna order from them again. If it helps, my order number is available.
