Gilt review: Products are fake

I bought an Hermes purse for around $2000 a couple months ago. When I received it I was surprised that it wasn’t a leather bag - it was canvas. I went back and read the item description and it actually didn’t say one way or the other but based on the picture they used it looked like leather. I tried to return it and of course couldn’t. The quality of the purse was not good from the get go and so I took it to Hermes to have them check it out, acting like I had purchased it at another store and wanted it cleaned up. Of course they called me and verified it was not an authentic bag and asked me to come pick it up. I told them to throw it away. Should have learned my lesson with that purchase but then I bought a pair of 7 jeans. I have had many pairs of these jeans through the years and as soon as I unfolded them I could tell they weren’t authentic. The tags that are sewn into the jeans and the stitching and quality of material/zipper is pathetic. Again, I could not return and was stuck with a $100 pair of fake 7s. I finally learned my lesson and will never order from them again.
