Seriously! The commercial showing a woman shaving her pubic hair! Do you care anything about your reputation! Who in their right mind approved this ad in your company! No one wants to see that, it’s disgusting!

I was a faithful customer of atra for many years. Last year I purchased the gillette blades that have 5 blades. I purchsed these in error because your packaging does not allow the customer to see the blade through the wrapper.

I wrote to complain to your company and you sent me a voucher to purchase a new razor which would fit the new blades. I thought this was a very nice gesture and I appreciated it. However, after using this razor and these blades for many months, I find them totally inadequate and yearn to go back to atra blades. It seems to me that I get many, many fewer shaves with these new blades than I did with the atra blades. I also got much closer shaves. After I shave with these 5 blade razor, I still feel considerable stubble all over my face.

I would appreciate your comments on this.

Also, do you still sell atra blades and razors?

I am a 'die hard' Gillette product fan. In fact you are one of the few products for which I have (or in this case, had) absolute product loyalty. I was excited to see your new razor on the store shelf as I always try new Gillette products. You can imagine how disappointed I am to find out that your new razor is absolute crap. Congratulations, you have managed to make 'dollar shave club' products, at a fraction of the price, look stellar...

First, your new razor is a 'rattle box' of a razor. It feels cheap and badly made. It rattles like a rusted out 79' ford pinto after a crash. The razor does not perform well. The dollar shave club razor is far superior. (and this is coming from a die hard Gillette fan.) Did you have non-shavers design this piece of junk?

Get you act together people. You will lose customers with this type of product launch. Please tell me this is only a prototype?

The shave foam smells like a sewer. Everything else is OK

The product was kept at room temperature.

This is the second time I've seen the commercial for the Venus razor for pubic hair. I have children and the last thing I need them seeing is a close up of a woman's crotch/"bikini area". It's way too up close and personal and far too suggestive for a prime time commercial. I certainly won't be purchasing any Venus razors, or Gillette for that matter.

Used this product for as long as I remember but the last 3 cans have been runny liquid rubbish I have purchased these separately over last few weeks I have had this problem occasionally but thought it to be 1 off now it's getting to be regular problem is there a reason for this as I did like the product but not going to continue buying rubbish that makes my skin red and sore after shaving.Marty jackson australia

I was using the razor when it cut me. This is the first time I have ever used your product before and I am extremely disappointed because I heard your brand of razors were the best.
Please can someone look into this issue for me and get back in contact with me ASAP.

I have used Mach 3 for many years and have complete satisfaction, however my last 20 pack purchased at BJs .do not last as long as I am accustomed to.2 shaves and it gets dull and, becomes a difficult shave.With Gillette i have never experience this problem, and I may say it's most anoying! Have you changes productions methods, or just made a less then perfect batch?

I am a 55 yr old man, i have been using the turbo mach 3 blades since they came out or close to it? i had always felt they were worth the price compared to a disposable razor, and a better shave. Clearly your r&d department has been very busy over the years fine tuning the blades.One of the reasons i liked and thought they were worth the money was their longevity.As of late with the prices going up, the longevity has went way down.So congrates to your r&d department they have got them to the point were they last about one or two shaves longer then a disposable, and no longer worth the high price.

I purchased a Mach 3 razor and 4 cartridges from A walgreens store on 86th street in upper east side Manhattan approximately two months ago.

The good news is I love the smooth shave.

The bad news is I am utterly frustrated with the attempt to get replaceable blades.

My first attempt failed because I was handed a different shade of blue by the person at the counter. I wasn't aware that Mach three blades came with different colors.

My second attempt at blade replacement was similar.

An annoying extra is it felt as if I needed a blow torch to free the blades from the all too protective plastic covering.

I tried to get replacements at other stores but they were either out or once again too complicated to find the just right blue color for my Mach 3 blades.

Utterly frustrated I decided to buy a Harrys razor.

This is too bad as I absolutely love your razor when all the parts are in alignment.

, I bought aa Gillette Proglide w/lube, @ CVS, 9/9/21, did not use right away, finished the old one first. when I opened the box, the only thing inside was the razor, no instructions, no extra blades as stated on the box, I too kit back to CVS they said since they had no more they suggested I contact your company. I used the razor and enjoyed it, nice shave.

puchased gillette proglide two blades for $14 supposed to give two months of shaves.What joke the first blade didn't even take the shaving cream off because the blade was lower than the body of the shaver.The second shave was much better i got three shaves.every shaver i have purchased had no quality only two or three shaves at the most.i got tired of Gillette and purchased bec 10 shavers for $3, 30 i now get at least four shaves per unit.i will never buy their product again

I bought a 2 pack of sensitive gel ocean breeze, brise marine.

I got very little of shaving cream from either can that i have been expecting as i was getting in the past.
The 2 cans that i am talking about did not have a guide on the side of the can letting me know how much is left in can.

Please let me know your thoughts.

This product is absolutely horrible. I put it on for the time it said and went to wipe it off, the cream all came off but not the hair! I had to individually pinch and pull my skin to get the hairs out. [censored]ing useless! It also has made my legs have rashes and no it is not a allergy or anything. Will not be buying any of Gillette's products again!

Hi I have a 8 pack of blades and I have used 4 so far and each one has had the lubrication strip come off on the top of the blade, I have been using your product for many years and never had this issue except on this package...isolated issue i'm sure but the strip in place i'm just going to the next blade not getting the full use of some and a partial use out of some

Your company has stepped over the line with its political statements. I having been using your blades and shaving cream for over 40 years. No longer. God Bless America.

I had purchased a 16 cartridge supply of shavers for my existing Proglide shaver. The handle will not grab the shaver heads after the first 3. I have not abused the shaver handle in any way. I have no receipt for the shaver handle because Its about 3 years old but only used alternating with 2 other shaving systems.
Bottom line for me is that in my opinion, a Gillette Proglide handle should not fail. I have switched off from using a few other types of shavers in recent years. This was an attempt to focus on one brand only. I'd like to believe that Gillette makes a durable product.

My family and I will never...NEVER buy another Gillette product.

You know what you're doing -- and so do most guys:

• Make your Fusion products hard to identify and confusing as to which blades go with which handles so we have to buy more blades
• No markings on the multi-blade cartridge holders, nor the blades themselves so that, again, we don't know which goes w/ which
• Make them out of cheeper materials so blades don't last as long (I've certainly noticed over time -- dead in a few shaves)
• LAUGHABLY and painfully expensive, exceedingly beyond your cost from China -- NO DOUBT
• Industry-wide: Along the lines of today's Bic disposable blades (seems like all single & multiple blade shavers) you've become a joke, "jumping the shark" long ago with your exhausting reiterations and complications of the simple razor. Single blade disposables are now basically toss-able after one shave (you're right in there, baby).

Have you people never tried your own product? You might notice that after a few shaves, it can be safely used as a comb. Or maybe you're all proud of your wild suck-cess, reaching the dizzying apex of clever thievery, ripping everyone off, 5 blades at a time.

I suggest you come down to our meager level, shave off some profit, and make a decent product that is fair to the consumer (that's me, btw, and others who shave) or drop the price way, way, WAAAAY doooowwwn to its hassle-abundant, crap worth.

I don't like a con-job and the world has enough greed already, don't you think?

I open a new box of blades and the first one out f the box felt like a used blade. It wasn't as sharp as your blades usually are. I could tell right away. Rarely have I had a complaint in the past and if I did it was the end of the refills, like the last blade. But this was different it just wasn't sharp, even one of your blades that was getting to the end of its life was better than this shave.
I was talking to a company rep of yours and she took my info and put me on hold, then somehow I was disconnected from the call. She mentioned a coupon, but that was the end of our conversation. All I managed to give her was my name address & phone.
