Contacted monday to schedule service. Couldn't schedule with that call and was told they would call back. They did and told me they would be here tuesday and gave a 8 to 4 window (an 8 hour window). Then received a call a little after 8 tuesday morning saying they would call before showing up. Didn't hear anything else until 4:25 to inform me they weren't coming and asking if I wanted to reschedule. I asked why I would want to reschedule with a company that didn't make the appointment with no explanation and asked how to file a complaint. I was told there was no process and I could call again and ask for a supervisor. Apparently the person I was talking to couldn't contact anyone else for me to talk to.
I called back and asked for a supervisor and was asked why. I explained I had a complaint. After a few minutes on hold a lady identified herself as a supervisor and asked what my concern was. I explained that despite an 8 hour window no one showed up and after the window that they gave I got a call saying no one could make it. She proceeded to tell me they were still getting calls from a storm on saturday and they were a priority. I asked if the scheduler wasn't aware of saturday's storm before they made my appointment on monday. No explanation and I was asked if I wanted to reschedule and she "would talk to her team". I told her they wasted my day and I would contact a company that understood that scheduling an appointment means they actually show up.
Recommendation: Call someone you can rely on. Gillece is not that company.
