My wife is now working in India. I really missed her so I decided to make a surprise for her. I went online and found www.gifts-to-india.com. I contacted them and explained the situation. They said that I can order things and pay for them, and that I can provide them the address where to deliver. That was great! So I ordered some roses and tasty cake and gave them my wife's address. Unfortunately they never delivered anything and my wife received nothing! When I connected them again they ignored me and did not reply.

I had ordered Pizza Hut coupons on Oct 29th 2014 for my mom's birthday and according to the 6 month validity period, they are suppose to expire on April 29th but when I check the status of the coupon, it says they expired on Feb 22 2015 which is way sooner then the validity.

I have been dealing with them since one month and they are telling me, we did all our best to communicate with Pizza Hut but they cannot extend the validity nor can give another voucher.

If I placed an order with Giftstoindia It is Giftstoindia's responsibility to either process my refund or send me another voucher. It is not my fault if I was sent voucher which were expired prior to their expiry date.

Very rude customer representative named Ritu and refusing to send refund or another voucher. Just telling me to forget about the money you spend and we try to serve you better in future. I paid the money and did not even get the service. Horrible horrible company, one should never buy anything from them.

I ordered watch from the website www.giftstoindia24x7.com and it was present for my friend. I provided them the address of friend. After several days I asked my friend if he got the present from me, but he told “no”. I was disappointed and returned to the website. I called them and told to provide order or refund, but I heard fake promise to call me back. After that no phone’s call, no money back and no order. So be careful if you use this website or leave comments if you have horrible experience with this seller.

Gifts-to-India is a fraud website. They steal your money and never deliver the item. The customer service numbers are wrong. Stay away! The biggest problem is it comes up as the first link on Google. Please be aware and don't get caught in the scam. I request you to, please spread the word against the company and file a complaint.

Pathetic experience once again . I should have checked the reviews before using thr service. I Ordered a bunch of flowers with chocolates for my fiance. They delivered the flower to some wrong address and now asking me to collect from their. Chocolates are not yet delivered and it seems it will take some more time, then why the hell did thy say "Next day delivery". Wasted my money and the surprise i wanted to give her turned into an argument.

1. Very bad website which doesn't give enough information regarding the order.
2. After the order had been placed 5 days before date for eggless chocolate cake Rs1040, they asked for extra Rs385 on the D-Day saying the location was too far(they never mentioned this before). They refused to process the order further without the funds being transfered immediately.
3. I asked for the gift to be sent on the day, they arrived at 8.30 pm with a really poor quality cake which was nothing like the picture on the site.
4. When I asked for a refund for the bad service and wrong cake, they said that a delivery had been made and hence they wont refund.

Please please please dont go to them even if your life depended on it.

I recently came across a website, giftstoindia.com which specialised in sending gifts to people in India and most of the major countries.

On 14th June, I placed an order for a gift to be delivered in 2 days right in time for fathers day.

After 3 days and non receipt of the goods, i tried calling them and it was impossible to get through to them.. So I sent an email.

They replied saying, they had already despatched the item and would be delievered shortly. I waited for couple of days more and there was no sign of delivery to may Dad who lives in India. I again sent them an email and they said they will send it shortly using a premium courier company. Again I waited for couple of days and they did not send. I was in constant touch with them through email requesting the update on my order and eventually they replied to say, they have difficulty with website and I should request my credit card company for a charge back. I got in touch with my bank, I used my Debit card to pay for the item and techincally I cant request a chargeback. I told giftstoindia.com they said, it was not their problem and they could not do anything about it as they had technical difficulty with website. I was left stranded.

Now they changed domain name and instead of "giftstoindia.com" they use "giftstoindia.net" . I sent an email again requesting the delivery of the item or a refund.I also asked, if they have techincal difficulties, how come they changed domain names and still continue to do business. They are yet to reply.

Although the amount is negligible approx 49 dollars, the thought that people can get away makes me sad and upset and angry. I have found that this company is a INDO-US company and registered in USA. I live in UK and do not know how to pursue it as a fraud.

Stay away from these websites.
