My fiancé bought me a beautiful teddy bear. It's white with a red bow and holding a red heart that says "I love you!" I absolutely love it and snuggle with it every night.

Ordered a bear about a month ago, wanted it by Valentine's Day, can't get a hold of the company by phone or email. It's sad and terrible business. I feel like I've been scammed. I never received an email confirmation.

I placed an order on February 6, 2022, and was told it would arrive before Valentine's Day. However, it's now the 12th and my order hasn't been processed yet. I spoke to someone on the 10th, and they said they were working on it, but it seems like they haven't done anything. I can't even track my order. It's really frustrating and disappointing. I wouldn't recommend wasting your time and money with them. They can't keep their promises, and that's not good for their business.

If you wanna get your order on time, make sure you order way ahead and bug 'em about it. The site said order by this time and get it on time for Valentines day. I got myself a bear on the 8th and it still ain't shipped out. I don't get how they got an A+ rating when they don't even have phone support.

We bought a bear with a personal touch, but the company sent the bear without the custom T-shirt. They couldn't fulfill our request, even though they said they could. Our event has already happened, and the bear is useless now. To make matters worse, they refused to cover the cost of returning the bear. They sent me an incomplete bear and still wouldn't pay for return shipping. I strongly advise against dealing with this company!

I placed an order on April 10th and included special delivery instructions for the bear since it was for an 80-year-old on Mother's Day. On April 13th, they sent me an email asking for the order number, so I gave it to them. The next day, they told me there was nothing they could do because the order had already been processed. Even though they provide a phone number, they don't answer calls, and I've written to them on their website, but they're ignoring me. I won't be ordering from them again.

This company is awful. They say they'll deliver your order by a specific date to convince you to buy. Right after you make the purchase, they won't let you cancel or make any changes, which seemed strange. Anyway, they said the delivery date would be 02/14. It's now 02/19 and still no delivery. I reached out to the company and they told me it had been shipped on 02/09, but when I contacted UPS, I found out it wasn't actually shipped until 02/16. The shipping label was created on 02/19, but the actual item wasn't given to UPS for shipping until 02/16.

It's been like almost 3 weeks since we ordered from giantteddy.com. We paid $48 for a 7 ft. teddy bear they said they had. Our order number is #***. We still haven't got the thing, or any notice from the company. We emailed the customer contact email address. We tried to call the number on the website and it ain't working. Then I tried calling a different number I found on the ComplaintsBoard.com info, but all I got was a voicemail option. I also clicked "track my package" on their website, but when I put in the order number and emails like they said, nothing shows up.

I bought a Green Giant Teddy Bear from Giant Teddy. I needed it for a Birthday photoshoot before February 8th. My order number with Giant Teddy is ***. I didn't receive any email about my purchase. I called the number on the website and it doesn't work. I really want and need this Life Size green bear, but I can't find it anywhere. I guess it was too good to be true when I found it on this website. I paid $199 plus tax for the bear and shipping and handling. The site never told me when it would arrive. I tried calling the number on their site, but it's not a real company number. Then I tried the number provided by the ComplaintsBoard.com, but it's still not valid. Please help me get a refund before I have to complain to my bank. If that's the only option, please let me know. Thank You.
