I ordered from Bobbleheads.Com, LLC and they didn't honor their supposed proofing service that they claim comes with every order. I couldn't review my order before it was finalized. The shipment came from ***, not ***, ***.

Amazing products and some of the fastest shipping I've ever seen! The packaging is superb and I've never received a broken bobblehead, and the attention to detail is mind-boggling!

I ordered a bobblehead (order #***) on 5/31/22. I still haven't received the item as of 10/21/22. I've sent many requests for an update on my order, but I can't get a response. The service is terrible!

I got a custom bobble head from this company for my fiancé's birthday and I absolutely love it. It's a perfect likeness of him and they were really fast to finish the product and responded to my questions quickly. I would definitely recommend this business.

This company has the worst communication. I ordered a bobblehead on 11/9/22 and I still don't have it. It's not made in ***, but now the manufacturer in *** is closed for 2 weeks for their new year. I replied to the email they sent about trying a new manufacturer with questions, but I haven't received an answer. I called Mr., but he didn't call me back. I'm requesting a refund. Let's see what happens.

Be careful! Bobbleheads.Com, LLC has switched vendors and they are really bad now. I've bought about 20 of these before when they used a different vendor, and they were great. But ever since they made the change, it's been a disaster! It takes them 1 to 3 months just to deliver the bobblehead. And when it finally arrives, the hair looks like a bunch of snakes, like Medusa. They don't even paint the name on the base anymore, it's just a label sticker. And come on, it's called bobblehead.com, but guess what? The heads don't even bobble!

Terrible experience. The first proof, the male looked great, the female looked nothing like the picture. We sent more pictures for reference, specifically asked for freckles. They ignored everything. We used their portal and they rarely responded. We didn't approve the last proof, and they just painted them and said "if you want to change anything now that it is painted, you will not get it in time." Just a terrible experience. We paid over 300 dollars for this thing and it was awful.

The whole experience with this company was awful. Their communication was completely wrong. They promised a delivery day that was way off. Also, during every review process, I had to email them to make obvious changes because of poor quality and workmanship. When it finally shipped, it was three weeks late, so I asked for a refund on the expedited shipping costs. They didn't refund my shipping costs. The bobble head arrived lopsided, unable to stand straight. When I emailed them a picture of the bobble head about to fall over, they just told me to push hard on the *** to make it straighten up. Ridiculous. Moreover, it didn't have the custom nameplate and base that I paid for. When I contacted the company, they said they would forward it to their manager but never got a response. I asked for a refund on the additional charges for the custom nameplate, and they offered to send me a sticker with the person's name on it. I never received the sticker, nor did I get a refund for the custom base and nameplate that I actually paid for. Absolutely the worst experience. I will never recommend or use this company again. Their customer service is terrible, and the quality and workmanship are awful.

I paid over $200 for two custom bobbleheads. When I received the product, the "heads" do not bobble.

I ordered a custom bobblehead on September 25, 2022. The ship date was supposed to be October 12, 2022. But now it's November 15 and I still don't have anything. They said there was a delay because I asked them to change my order. The bobblehead they showed me didn't look like the pictures I gave them. I haven't gotten any updates or new proofs. I keep emailing them, but all they say is they're working on it. No. I want all my money back or a new proof right away. This is ridiculous and the service is awful. It's supposed to be a Christmas gift, but I don't think I'll ever get it at this rate.

I ordered a custom bobblehead from Bobbleheads.Com, LLC on April 23 and paid extra for expedited production. The first mock-up they sent me was really bad, like, super low quality. I've been asking them over and over again to make it better, but they either take forever to respond or just ignore me. Some of my improvement requests have been ignored for like, a whole month. They were supposed to be done with the product by now, but they won't even reply for more than 10 days. It's like they don't care at all. They haven't been honest or helpful, and they keep trying to give me something totally different from what I ordered. I tried to work things out nicely, but they just keep stalling and not acting in good faith. So, I asked for a refund instead, but they said no.

I ordered a custom Bobblehead from Bobbleheads.Com, LLC in October as a Christmas present for my mom. The total cost was $210. When they sent the first picture of the head shot, I didn't think it looked like him. I sent them other pictures, and they sent more proofs. I pointed out what was wrong, and they sent a final proof that I didn't approve. They had him in a plaid recliner, but I never sent a picture of that chair. I have no idea where that picture came from. At one point, someone said they couldn't redo it, but then someone else said they could. He was supposed to be wearing an IU hat like the picture I sent, but they put him in a hat that looked completely different. They assured me it would be ready by Christmas, but on December 21st, they were still working on it. It was clear that it wouldn't be finished in time for Christmas. They offered to refund half of my payment and cancel my order. I told them it wasn't fair because I had already spent $110 for nothing and now had to find another gift. I showed the proof to my siblings on Christmas, and no one recognized him. Everyone agreed that it didn't look like him. I spoke to my sister-in-law, who is an attorney, about the situation.

My experience with Bobbleheads.Com, LLC began on September 2, 2022. I wanted to buy a Christmas gift for my spouse. I thought I placed the order well in advance (estimates said it would be ready by October or November). Before the final printing, I had a few corrections that I requested, and they were made quickly. I approved the final product around mid-October. In late October, I received a call from Bobbleheads.com, saying that they had lost all communication with the vendor handling my order. They informed me that they had lost all orders, including mine, and it wouldn't be possible to ship it. They gave me two options: to get a refund or to have the order redone. I asked if the order would arrive by Christmas, and they assured me that they would rush the order. I agreed to have the order redone. On November 7, I received the review for the head sculpt, which I approved the same day. On December 11th, I emailed them to inquire about the status, as I hadn't heard anything. On December 13th, I received an email asking for approval of the final product. It was missing the same thing that was resolved in the first product back in October. I emailed them to ask why I was told it would be ready by Christmas and considered a rush order, but it wasn't even close to being ready by mid-December. They explained that with the modifications I requested, it wouldn't be ready in time. I expressed my frustrations with the entire process and requested that, since it was significantly delayed, they ensure the quality is excellent. In early January, I received a review with one change I had asked for, but not all of them. I asked again for the change, and they sent the same review request back. At this point, I just accepted it since it was a minor issue. On January 17, they sent an email acknowledging the terrible quality and offering to redo orders that hadn't been accepted. I received my bobblehead that day, and it was of terrible quality and didn't even bobble. I requested a redo since it didn't meet their advertised standards. After three weeks, they finally informed me that I had to accept it as it is.
