I had them for a few years. For some reason in July to August they missed my house 7 weeks out of 8. I had to make repeated calls, and they would come back about 3 days later. I was told the reason was a new person was working in the neighborhood. Then I was told there are 2 different routes in my neighborhood, and the person across the street was on a different route! I went on the web page 3 times and requested a call back from a manager. I asked 4 times on the phone for a manager to call. I never received a call back. I finally had to stop their service when they refused to pick up my garbage and told me to wait till next week. I was NEVER offered a discount/refund for all the missed service. I has now been over 1 month, and I still do not have my refund check, they make you prepay quarterly. I have called 3 times for my check, and I am told management is aware and approved of it, so it should be here this week. If I do not get the check by tomorrow, I will have to complain to consumer affairs. This company is just terrible, their only job is to drive to my house and get my garbage, they literally pick up garbage across the street!
