Every month they tell me something different when I call them. I was told that if I exceeded 1000kw in my billing period, that I would receive $135 credit. I got my bill and it's $115.00 credit only. I called and they adjusted it. The next month, same scenario. Now, this month, in the winter when my heater is operated from natural gas and my ac only ran 3 days out of the most recent billing cycle, I kept receiving emails from Gexa telling me how close I was to getting my credit and the last several emails they sent said, "credit earned"... Guess what? I received my bill and nope! No credit at all! They said only used 907 kw. So, in the winter my bill is 200.00.
Claimed loss: 135.00 to say the very least!
