Dear Team,
I am writing to raise a serious concern regarding GetTransfer's treatment of drivers, transportation providers and travel partners who have completed services through its platform.
In my own experience, services have been completed as agreed, but payments remain outstanding. What makes the situation even more concerning is the company's response to repeated complaints. Instead of providing a clear solution or a definite payment date, we repeatedly receive essentially the same generic response, including messages apparently generated by AI.
We do not need another automated response. We need the money owed to us and a real human being capable of taking responsibility for the case and resolving it.
This appears to be a broader concern. Public reviews currently available on Trustpilot include reports from Brazil, Portugal, the United States, the United Kingdom, Tunisia and Sri Lanka describing delayed or outstanding payments after transportation services were completed. Some Brazilian drivers report being unpaid for several months, while other international drivers describe similar difficulties obtaining clear payment dates or effective resolutions.

There are also recent complaints in Brazil reporting outstanding payments to partner drivers, with GetTransfer responding that the payments are being processed. However, repeated statements that a payment is "being processed" do not constitute a satisfactory solution when the provider has already completed the work and is still waiting for payment.
Trustpilot +1
Drivers and local transportation companies have immediate operating costs: fuel, tolls, vehicle maintenance, insurance, salaries and other expenses. They cannot reasonably be expected to finance completed services indefinitely while waiting for payment.
What is particularly troubling is the apparent pattern of repetitive automated responses instead of meaningful human support. A company operating internationally should have a transparent payment system and a support structure capable of addressing individual cases, explaining precisely what is owed and providing reliable payment dates.
I am not asking Trustpilot to take my allegations at face value. I am asking for transparency and independent scrutiny. I have documentation, payment records, communications and evidence of the services performed and the attempts made to resolve the matter.
GetTransfer presents itself as an international platform operating in many countries. Its own Trustpilot profile describes its service as operating in 150 countries.
Trustpilot
When a platform operates internationally and relies on hundreds or potentially thousands of local transportation providers, the timely payment of those providers is fundamental to maintaining trust in the system.
Trust is not built through automated messages. It is built by honoring financial commitments.
I therefore respectfully ask Trustpilot to take these recurring complaints seriously and review the situation based on the available evidence and the experiences being reported by drivers and partners in different countries.
We have already provided the services. We are simply asking to be paid for them.
