Gettransfer review: No taxi, missed flights!

No taxi came to bring us to the airport! Driver's phone not answering. None reply via the chat. We had to book the conventional taxi at the very last minute to bring us to the airport. We nearly miss the check-in.
DO NOT USE GETRANSFER. Unreliable!
Still waiting for an explanation from Gettransfer and a full refund !
So far no feedback. Very unprofessional. Very unreliable. By the way, I found out that the conventional taxi in Kos was the same price.
