The company couldn't provide the service I booked and paid for - and then are now reusing to refund the balance paid!
I am wanting to close my account as I will not be using this again and I'm just hitting a brick wall and not getting anywhere with getting back the money initially paid.
The driver cancelled a few days prior to my trip and I had to email and chase daily whilst on holiday to get any update, if I hadn't checked and got in contact regarding this I would have been left stranded as there was no proactive contact whatsoever from the company.
I've asked how I can make a complaint and my emails are now being ignored and they're still refusing to action a refund despite not providing the service...
