Gettransfer review: Non-payment for multiple completed transfers (17 August – 22 October 2025)

I am a licensed VIP transport provider operating in Turkey (LAVION VIP Transfers), and I am reporting a serious non-payment issue with GetTransfer.com.

Despite successfully completing many confirmed transfers between 17 August and 22 October 2025, GetTransfer has failed to pay the earnings for these jobs. All communication attempts with:

• finance@gettransfer.com
• restructuring@gettransfer.com
• CEO Alexander Sapov

have resulted in no payout and no clear resolution.

GetTransfer continues to send automated messages, redirecting us to new email addresses without providing any concrete payment date. This behavior has caused significant financial loss and operational disruption.

This appears to be a systemic issue, as many other transport operators globally report the same pattern:
unpaid transfers, delays, unanswered support requests, and misleading redirections.

We demand the immediate settlement of all overdue payments and an official explanation for the prolonged non-payment.
