I'm writing to express my extreme dissatisfaction with GetTransfer's service. On Jan 4, 2026, I booked a taxi to Heathrow, but the driver didn't show up or respond to calls. I arrived only 7 minutes late, but there was no communication. I had to scramble for another taxi with young kids in freezing temps (-2°C) and lost £104 for a non-provided service. My claim was ignored and no refund was given.
I strongly advise against using their service.
Recommendation: never use their service
