Getaroom review: service/scam

Never again. I booked a room through this site (Getaroom.com), got the at the IRIS Garden Inn located in Garden City, Ga. Coming from Charleston S.C. to Savannah to enjoy the weekend. My complaint is the air conditioning was out the whole time we was there. I called the front desk four times to get the unit fixed or another room. Everything was booked. They attempted to solve the problem but unsuccessfully in the effort so my family and I had to sleep in hot unpleasant room and not be compensated by the Hotel or getaroom.com. A bad experience all the way around. They won't reimburse me for the total amount of money I've paid for the room. Ive asked to speak with higher but they wasn't available. Figures. This is a rip off. What happened to costumer service. I paid for something that wasn't accommodating to my family and I. I did my part.
