Getaroom review: Larson false charges overriding hotel website

I went to choice hotels to book a room. I was charged $107 dollars to my debt card. I went to the hotel. The comfort inn 1407 iliff ave aurora colo. I pulled up to the hotel and there was people working on cars out front begging for money and smoking ciggarettes outside the entrance. I did not even want to go in. I went inside to let them know I did not want to stay there and to cancel my reservation I made my reservation ten minutes before I walked in the door, they told me I did not book through them and that I needed to get my money back from getaroom.com they also told me that getaroom over charged me because they only charge $67. I have been calling get a room they wont help me or refund my money. I got ripped off for $107 and change and had to sleep in my car. I am a 53 year old man on a fixxed income with health issues. Someone please help me!

I have responded to them many times. They are not helpful they just keep giving me the run around are you going to refund my money or not? I did not stay in that hotel nor would I ever, you cant just take peoples money, I wanted to inspect the place I was staying at and it did not meet my requirements. I does not matter I didnt stay there I showed up and I didnt cancell it. not only that but you charge more than the hotel!. please refund my money you have my information.

I did recieve a call a week ago..Get a room said they would refund my money. I have not recieved it. It has been over 7 days and my bank has not been refunded. I also dropped the claim to my bank. I hope to see the money this week...
