Went to emergency room with my father at 8:00am on Sunday, 1/29. Check in process was smooth and efficient, but service declined following. Waited for 2 hours in lobby, finally moved to an emergency care room and have been waiting for over 2.5 hours and still no care professionals attending to needs. Option Care Health wants me to pay 2500.00 for a lost pump. I do not ever seen or had the pump they are talking about. On Oct 31, I placed order #[protected] and was charged $179.97 on Nov 1. I called on Nov. 7 and was advised it was too soon for order. I called on Nov 27 on Sunday at 11:47 am about not receiving product. I spoke to Scott and was advised to call back on Dec 4. When I called back on Dec 4, I got no answer. It would ring and then disconnect. I still don't have product nor refund of my money.
