MEDICAL — County of San Diego Department of Health and Human Services from Oct 2019 to March 2022 admitted to marking a number of mistakes that caused my medical benefits to be discontinued for no reason. Please note attached there letter to admitting fault but never Stopped the share of cost — I have always had free medical and never any share of cost as I’m on SSA disability

Desired outcome: Take the $1713 share of cost off my benefits as they made the mistake and needs to fix it ADAP
