Medterra review: I refused to change my 1 star rating, so they refused to send my already paid for order

The messed up my order twice, I have emails, the made an order somehow out of items in my CART that I decided against, and after I complained they did cancel it. I left a one star rating, got an email from the company urgine me to improve my review, I did not. A few days before 4th July they had a big 40% off sale, so I ordered 3 jars of non THC gummies and paid for it. Several days later, I got an email from their legal dept saying they refuse to do business with me. (YOu see I complained to them, left a bad rating) and refused to alter it ) Also I do not see my rating on their site anymore, so leads me to think they manipulate their reviews. I reported them to the BBB and to the Ic3.gov, an arm of the FBI that investigates false advertising and "misbehavior" of companies, ads etc.
