This company is a joke. The “menopause” supplements - I’d love to know what is actually in them. And some capsules are empty while some are a 1/4 full. But the “serving size” is to take two. Why not just fill the capsules and claim one as the serving size? These supplements that are not FDA approved always seem to have 2 as the serving size. Nonetheless, these are ineffective and what is actually in them?

Recommendation: Don’t waste your money
