Suddenly we're not being paid our deserved mutual retirement benefit starting January 2023 from the abovenoted company who was allocated that sole responsibility by Thrivent (see website below) and was properly paid by Mercer each month in 2022. We believe we have followed all proper rules and regulations for 2023 given to us by Mercer before the end of 2022. We have made numerous online requests and to date believe we have received very little or no proper Mercer replies.
