AARP Health Care Option / United HealthCare Options review: I want the $60.00 I am owed in total.

I remitted 2 claims after having cataract and retina surgeries. I not only waited for over 3 months to receive anything, but then I received the first reimbursement of $.01, and today the second for $.29. I have been on auto pay this entire time, so they receive my payments on time every month.

I cancelled the policy today 12/31. I purchased it because the promise was to reimburse my co-pays or at least 50% of them. The checks were not worth the paper they were written on.
