Accredo Health Group, Inc. review: Speciality pharmacy

My docter ordered a year's course of Evenity for me. I do believe that is the standard dose.
The first package I received was a one month's supply. The 2nd, 3rd and 4th packages each had a three month's suppy.
I am being asked to pay another year's deductible for a medication that is only prescribed for one year and I think that is immoral. In addition, if the first package had three month's supply, as the other packages did, I wouldn't even need to make this complaint.

I made the following payments to Cigna:

1) 04/14/2022 - $ 1, 246.59 for one month's supply.
2) 04/25/2022 - $ 2,107.59 for three month's supply.
3) 08/16/2022 - $ 423.06 for three month's supply.
4) 11//15/2022 - $ 344.36 for three month's supply.
Now, they want me to pay X amount of $ for the last two months of a year's supply.
