Good morning,
My travel agent claims you aren't returning my money for a cancelled flight. I paid for insurance and my flight was cancelled , which screwed up the rest of my travel itinerary, my ride from the airport and my first day charged on the hotel.
I dont know why you are sandbagging my money owed to me, everyone else on my flight has been paid but me, I just want to know why?
You have been supplied with all my travel paperwork, several times , (AKA jumping through hoops) and you keep asking for more information that isn't there. You have been given all the information needed for my refund.
I will be contacting our local newspaper, the BBB and anyone else who will listen to my story. This is wrong, and you know its wrong.. Just put the check in the mail for my LOSS and say goodbye. Very poor customer service, I will NEVER use you again!
