Tiffany Escosio at General Credit Services Inc.
I have a home telus account with them I am waiting for them to send me the bill for over a month now so I can get it paid by a 3rd party.
They are shocked I contacted them because I called telus to find out who has my account and found out General credit has my account. But because I won't pay it directly they passed me onto Tiffany that never answers... the few times she did answer on email she said they were waiting on their client and should be 10 days, 15 days later (business days) still waiting... unacceptable.
