Been a member for many years. Several Weeks ago, I contacted the geek squad to. fix a problem with my computer. They worked on it, and it has not correct ly ever since. I've been in contact with them numerous times and finally they tell me well they can't fix it. I had earlier in the year. enrolled in a special service they offer. and Paid a good amount of money for it. Now they can't fix my computer. They have my money. Is there a solution to this problem?
Claimed loss: Entire loss of hp computer....damages $2,000
Desired outcome: fix computer, refund my money and or compensate me for the destruction of my computer
