On their online order site. They describe a plastic chicken water cup as such:

(Automatic chicken water cup - 5pcs.) What you get is one chicken water cup that is put together with 5 pieces of plastic. They make it look as if you are getting 5 chicken water cups.

Besides the false representation, it took 30 days for me to receive the single plastic chicken water cup.
