Gatlinburg Falls Resort review: Unsafe, unclean, and unresponsive: gatlinburg falls resort failed every expectation

I booked a cabin at Gatlinburg Falls Resort from 9/20 to 9/25, expecting a relaxing stay with a hot tub as advertised. The hot tub was broken and leaking, never usable, despite multiple calls and promises of repair. The kitchen was filthy—thick dust on decor, an exploded mess in the freezer, and no cleaning crew ever showed. Exposed wires sparked at outlets, and dust from the bedroom curtains filled the room when the fan was on. After the stay, I exchanged several emails with the company, who promised a refund and review, but they’ve since ghosted me. Extremely disappointing and unsafe experience. Avoid.
