Tried signing up for their premium monthly subscription only to find that it doesnt save you money at all. They take forever to process payments using their Pay with Gasbuddy feature and most end up double charged, charged NSF fees when payment doesnt go through. Absolutely no customer service whatsoever. Was good when they started, but the new ownership/ management running the company is questionable at best.

someone named doug in timmins keeps changing our prices to either old prices or something totally off the wall. We correct the price, this person keeps changing it, obviously not stopping in person to see the actual price. very frustrated.

On July 13th, at about 5:30 p.m. I googled GasBuddy prices for Rock Springs Wyoming. GasBuddy indicated that Loaf N Jug had their gas priced at $4.49 and that the price had been updated 2 hours ago. When I got to Loaf N Jug the gas price was $4.89. Someone misrepresented the price of gas so that unknowing customers would go to the store for gas. This should not be allowed. I am requesting that this situation be investigated. Drivers depend on gasbuddy to get the best gas prices possible especially when traveling. I have always trusted the information given to me on GasBuddy, but I will never again put my complete trust that the prices reported are truthful or accurate.

Last month, I took advantage of an offer on Gas Buddy for .09 off per gallon. When I looked at my account, they had only credited me for .02 per gallon. At the end of the day, it all adds up to a very small difference. BUT when they are likely doing this to thousands of people and unethically advertising something they don't deliver on, that is a MAJOR PROBLEM.

It would be one thing if it was just an honest mistake that could be easily rectified but over the course of about a month, I have left 2 voicemail messages and sent 4 emails without a response.

They are exploiting the gas pricing surge and have zero integrity across the board. I hope you will consider NOT supporting them. There are other alternatives such that are even cheaper, consider Costco, Sam's Club and Fuel Rewards.

This app continues to “not recognize” me when using the app. If I ask for a link, it logs me in fine. The biggest issue is my balance. Although I have used the savings several times AND uploaded the receipts, my balance never changes. You technical support has been useless, to be kind. I’m in the process of reporting this app as a scam to appropriate agencies.

Gasbuddy claims they can save you 25¢ PER GALLON on every fill-up. I thought I'd give it a try. Sadly, for months, apparently the savings are NOT per gallon, but rather PER PURCHASE! I'm using the 'free' app, and I usually opt in for any current deals offered to whatever service station I plan to use. For example, today I purchased 12.862 gallons of midgrade fuel at one of my favorite stations where the posted price was $4.999 per gallon. Gasbuddy offered a standard savings of 26¢, plus a "Deal Alert Savings" of 63¢. One might think that means my cost per gallon would equal $4.11, making the total purchase come to $52.85. No. My purchase total came to $64.30 at the pump, but the Gasbuddy email informing me of my savings shows I will be charged $63.41. I only saved 89¢ off the total purchase. It's been this way since I signed on.

The only help this app provides is finding the posted prices at nearby stations.

I will save more per gallon by patronizing the COSTCO or King Soopers stations where I save on my fuel costs based on my grocery purchases.

Do to inaccurate information on the app over and over being wrong I am trying to close my account.

Gasbuddy is MISLEADING- They say save up to 25 cents off a gallon of gas= in the last 2 months the most i saved was 7 cents off a gallon- It's not worth the time to use- There are several companies offering 10 cents off a gallon every time you use their card. Gas buddy is a waste of time. This board says my post is too short and they won't publish my complaint- Not sure i didn't get my complaint or point across- it's pretty straight forward to me but not to them- so lets talk about the weather- it's hot here and really muggy- I hope this is enough to get my post applied for now- Have a great day!

GasBuddy members are rewarded by how many gas prices they post without verification. For two months I reviewed Costco Gas prices in the 92677 and 92675 area (South Orange County California). We know he GasBuddy members haven't been to these stations because we can verify the correct prices on the Costco website and in person. I drove out of my way to save money. My time and money evaporated because I depended on GasBuddy.

Drmarkus just keeps on posting the wrong price for diesel. Always post 5.55

Circle K stores have stopped carrying Shell gas. You need to update your information, as I'm a Shell rewards person using gasbuddy also. I went to 3 Circles Ks that are no longer Shells. It wasted time and gas.

I called to cancel gas buddy was told they would. Got confirmation. Yet another payment is taken out of my account. That's fraud.

Such a ripoff with much higher gas prices and much less discounts promised. Bait and switch is their business model.

Get rid of these people who report incorrect prices constantly! One of them is lyndbrwn. I drove to where the price was stated to be that, and it turned out to be at least 30 cents more. There are many examples of false prices in that gasbuddy website. Bottom line is: DON'T BELIEVE THESE PRICES...THEY ARE LIES...THE PEOPLE WHO POST THEM ARE LIARS, TRASH, AND STUPID.

I tried rto update the diesel price at two gas stations this evening and the system would not post the change. The first was a UDF station in Englewood Ohio were the system showed a price of $3.13. The actual price was $3.69. The second was a UDF station in Huber Hts. Ohio where the system showed a price of $3.07. The price was 3.69. Why did the system take the price change and then go back to the erroneous prices.

In a modern technological age, I should not have to wait on a customer service agent. I should be able to call, email, chat, text etc. I love the main ideology of gas buddies but the customer service sucks.

I went on Gas Buddy app to find a deal on gas. I found the Marathon / 7-11
at 19905 NW 2nd Ave. Miami Garden, FL advertising regular gas at $2.84 / gal. Down from $2.89 / gal. After I pumped the gas, I get a massage from Gas Buddy that I saved a total of $.76. The price of the gas was $3.05 / gal. This is false advertisement. I'm asking if you can look into the matter for me.

I keep going to GasBuddy locations advertised at Circle K and none of them are taking the GasBuddy card anymore. Why? They only seem to be taking Circle K cards and Fry's cards.
Where can I get the $0.21 savings I so desperately need as a 70 year old senior on a fixed income?
