GameStop review: black friday ad - rebate

Rebate is not being offered
Would like the rebate that was advertised in the 2018 Black Friday Ad.

I have been trying to reach the Customer Service line for over an hour now and no one is picking up the phone. This is the number I am calling, [protected]. Can someone please help me? That is ridiculous to have to be on hold for over an hour and no one even pick up the phone.

I bought a Pre-Owned Xbox 360 like the ad said, see below. I went to the Rebate Center and did exactly as I was told to do. Well, the Rebate Center said that the item I bought DOES NOT qualify for this Mail-In Rebate. This ad is false advertisement and I would like to speak with someone about this, not sit on hold.
