On the 14 August 2025 I bought 42 inch skyworth TV, it worked 14, 15 and 16. The 17th August the TV did not work, I went to Game on the 18 I reported and i was told to bring the TV back to the store, I took the TV in on the 21 August. To my surprise I was told that the TV must be booked in for assessment and then I should wait 10 days. I then asked for manager to find out how is it possible that I just bought the TV now it's not working and I must wait for 10 days. Manager promised to expedite and will give me the call the soonest. On Saturday the 13 September I went to go check, it was already 14 day since TV was booked for assessment and I was told TV is not back yet. Today is the 17th of September marks 19bdays and Game Capegate is still keeping the TV with no communication.
