I called Game on 11 Nov to advise that my TV (still under warrantee) was no longer working. I was advised to send an email. I called 2 weeks later, every day and was either advised they are trying to get Skyworth to collect or they couldn't get hold of anyone. The TV was collected exactly a month later. I escalated to Game Customer Service, they weren't much help either. On 5th Jan, I was told that GCS couldn't get hold of Skyworth. I put the phone down and called Skyworth, I received the CN on 9th Jan. GCS called me today, I told them that I sorted out the issue myself. If I got R5 for every time someone at Game apologised for the poor service experience, I would have a lot of money to tide me over for Januworry. Game, your service is horrendous and the placations of your agents add fuel to the fire.
