I purchased a Defy Freezer on Sunday 18/11/2018 . The freezer was delivered to me on Monday 19/11/2018 the driver just left my property when I realized the freezer was dented and had a crack on the inside of the freezer I phoned your driver immediately he advised me to call the game store in galleria where i purchased the product and speak to the sales man who sold me the freezer Rowland John which I did immediately . Your salesman said he was going to send the driver back which did not happen . I than phoned in again and he said he would get back to me it now Friday 23/11/2018 and up and till I got no response from games store in galleria . I need this resolved immediately they need to replace my freezer if they cannot do that I want a full refund and I go somewhere else and buy a freezer.I will be taking this to consumer watch if this not resolved.
