This is to inform that I have been contacting Mr. Velu regarding the mortgage of my vehicle but he is so disrespectful and has no manner how to talk to the customers. First of all, he hangs up without listening to the customer. Second, he takes forever to look at the document been sent. Thirdly, when asking him what documents I need to bring, he talks as though I am illeterate. Very unsatisfactory service been provided.
