I believe Galadari is the worst school in Dubai. These people attract by giving some kind of discounts and than they will keep failing you unless you will pay the whole amount to them. This is to inform that I have been contacting Mr. Velu regarding the mortgage of my vehicle but he is so disrespectful and has no manner how to talk to the customers.
First of all, he hangs up without listening to the customer. Second, he takes forever to look at the document been sent. Thirdly, when asking him what documents I need to bring, he talks as though I am illeterate.
Very unsatisfactory service been provided.
The complaint has been investigated and resolved to the customer’s satisfaction.

They have failed me 8 times with unnecessary mistakes. Specially the last time the examiner who conducted my test, she was really worst and failed me unnecessarily with 23 minor & 5 major mistakes. And verbally she told only 2 mistakes that were also not clearly a mistake. Galadari motor driving center examiners are worst.
These are frauds. they are just taking money, you won't learn to drive at this school. In advertising, the cost of training is 2500, but in reality more than 7000 dirhams were spent.The instructors are so stupid that they cannot explain the essence of the exercise.
I also paid 109 to a guy outside Hypermarket. Today, I was going to pay second installment of 1200 for opening file. I just went through all reviews. Thank you all of you for saving me. Can someone guide if we can get our 100 AED back and how?

I am trying to book session by requesting call back but no response and the behaviour of call center agents are not good.
I joined galadri a month ago (18/July) and haven't even started lecture classes till today . Paid around 2k dhrs. Whenever I call my so called 'coordinator', he says next week. So I'm literally wasting my time and money. So far made 3 calls to customer service, still nothing. So if anyone wishes to take license GMDC should be your last resort.
