driveJohnsons Avoid at all costs. You will be out of pocket!

Appalling experience with driving instructor NAILA MANSOOR. Driving instructor to empty your pockets on lessons with no taught content. The instructor uses her phone during lessons, turns up late and doesn’t actually teach you anything; she wants to make a profit. I was not taught to complete cockpit checks, and the handbrake was always left down. How to do an emergency stop, moving away and stopping, safe positioning, mirrors (vision and use), anticipation and planning including MSM and PSL routines, how to use junctions, crossroads and slip roads. How to use rounadabouts safely and confidently as she would just grab the wheel or abruptly press the brake if I was in the wrong lane. I was not taught any of the manoeuvres including reversing and turning the car around. I was supposedly taught a parallel park but she lost temper after two attempts saying to leave this for another day. I could go on about the beyond poor experience. Customer service initially responded to my complaint but then allow Naila to make inadequate excuses which just proves I will not be the last pupil to suffer from poor experience and be out of pocket. “Helping pupils to learn to drive safely and pass fast is our speciality” clearly not. Avoid at all costs.

Recommendation: Use another company!

driveJohnsons Disappointing Experience with driveJohnsons: Car Explosion and Lengthy Wait for Next Test

So, I had this driving instructor from driveJohnsons, right? And let me tell you, this morning, on the day of my test, he drops a bombshell on me. He says, "Hey, mate, the car has gone and 'sploded!" Can you believe it? I mean, I was driving that very car just yesterday, and now it's apparently blown up or something.

Naturally, I was fuming. I demanded my money back from this bloke. I mean, who wouldn't? But here's the kicker: I gotta wait a whole two months before I can even think about booking my next test. Two months! Can you imagine the agony? I'm absolutely gutted, devastated, you name it. This whole situation has left me feeling like a right proper mess.

Now, I don't know about you, but I reckon this is a major letdown. I mean, driveJohnsons is supposed to be a reputable driving school, right? You'd think they'd have their act together and make sure their cars don't go boom. But no, here I am, stuck in limbo, waiting for my chance to prove myself on the road.

Honestly, I expected better. I thought driveJohnsons would have my back, but it seems like they've let me down big time. I just hope that when I finally get my next test booked, everything goes smoothly. I can't afford any more setbacks or surprises. My nerves are shot as it is.

So, if you're thinking about learning to drive with driveJohnsons, I'd say proceed with caution. Make sure you double-check everything before you commit. You don't want to end up in the same boat as me, feeling utterly crushed and counting down the days until you can get back behind the wheel.

In conclusion, my experience with driveJohnsons has been a real bummer. Their lack of reliability and the whole car explosion fiasco has left me feeling pretty down in the dumps. I just hope they sort themselves out and learn from their mistakes. Until then, I'll be patiently waiting for my chance to hit the road again.

driveJohnsons Terrible Experience with driveJohnsons Driving Instructor: Unprofessional Behavior and Waste of Money

I had a really bad experience with my driving instructor from driveJohnsons. I was absolutely shocked when he started swearing at other people while we were driving. It made me incredibly nervous and I couldn't focus on my first lesson at all. Honestly, I wouldn't recommend this driving school to anyone because it's just a waste of money. If I had the option, I wouldn't even give them 1 star because the instructor definitely doesn't deserve it. I'm just grateful that I only booked 2 hours with them and not more.

driveJohnsons Terrible Experience with driveJohnsons: Unprofessional, Late Drivers, Cancelled Lessons, Useless Admin Staff

I had a really bad experience with driveJohnsons. They were so unprofessional and it felt like they just wanted to take my money. The drivers were always late and wasted my time. They would cancel lessons without any notice and sometimes they wouldn't even show up at all. It was so frustrating!

The admin staff were just as useless. Some of them were nice, but they never actually solved any of my problems. It was like they didn't care about helping me at all. I really regret choosing driveJohnsons for my driving lessons.

To make matters worse, I didn't learn much from them. My driver suddenly bailed on me and stopped teaching me less than two weeks before my test. Can you believe that? It was such a disappointment and it really affected my confidence going into the test.

I would strongly advise anyone to avoid driveJohnsons. They are not reliable and they don't care about their customers. Find a different driving school that actually values your time and money. Trust me, you'll be better off elsewhere.

I wouldn't recommend using driveJohnsons if you're looking for a smooth and hassle-free experience. My personal encounter with them was quite frustrating, to say the least. First off, booking lessons over the phone was a real pain. I spent hours on the phone just to secure a lesson, only to have it cancelled at the last minute. And let me tell you, these cancellations happened frequently, ranging from a day before to just an hour before the scheduled lesson.

To make matters worse, after wasting three whole weeks trying to arrange a lesson, I was informed that they didn't actually have any available instructors for my specific area. Can you believe that? It's absolutely ridiculous! I mean, why didn't they mention this earlier? It's like they didn't even bother to check their resources properly before getting my hopes up.

The customer service I received from driveJohnsons was nothing short of horrendous. They were unhelpful, unapologetic, and seemed to have no regard for the inconvenience they caused me. It's clear that they lack the basic understanding of providing satisfactory service to their customers.

driveJohnsons Disappointing Experience with driveJohnsons: Poor Communication and Reliability

So, I decided to give driveJohnsons a try and booked a driving lesson over the phone. They sent me a text to confirm the appointment, which was a good sign. However, when the day came, the driver didn't show up! I was pretty frustrated, so I called them to make a complaint. But guess what? No one has gotten back to me yet! Talk about poor customer service, right?

But I didn't give up just yet. I decided to give them another chance and called them again. They gave me another appointment and sent me a confirmed text, which gave me a glimmer of hope. However, my hopes were dashed once again when the instructor canceled the appointment the next day, claiming that he was fully booked. Seriously, what a letdown!

Overall, my experience with driveJohnsons has been nothing short of disappointing. Their lack of communication and reliability is a major letdown. I expected better from a driving school, especially when it comes to something as important as learning to drive. It's safe to say that I won't be recommending driveJohnsons to anyone looking for driving lessons.

driveJohnsons Avoid driveJohnsons: Disorganized instructor, wrong test time, wrong center, and no responsibility taken. Terrible service!

The instructor at driveJohnsons was seriously disorganized and super difficult to reach when it came to booking a lesson. And let me tell you, when it was time for the test, things got even worse. This guy actually tried to take me at the wrong time, even though he had known for weeks when and where it was supposed to be. Can you believe that? But wait, it gets even better. He ended up taking me to the wrong center, leaving me completely out of pocket and without a chance to take the test. Can you say frustrating?

But here's the real kicker. When I complained to driveJohnsons about this whole mess, they refused to take any responsibility for their employees. I mean, seriously? Talk about terrible service. I wouldn't wish this experience on my worst enemy. So, my advice to you is to AVOID driveJohnsons at all costs. Trust me, you'll thank me later.

driveJohnsons Unreliable and Unresponsive: Beware of Last-Minute Cancellations and Poor Customer Service

I'm not entirely convinced by these 5-star ratings. My encounter with this company has been pretty much in line with the other 16 negative reviews. The booking process goes smoothly, but out of the blue, the lesson gets canceled at the very last moment. Attempting to reschedule a new lesson feels like an uphill battle, as they claim to be swamped with calls (which I highly doubt). Consequently, the likelihood of receiving a refund becomes even more distant. I'd strongly recommend steering clear of this company, just like you would avoid the AIDS virus!

driveJohnsons Unreliable Instructor and Poor Customer Service: Lack of Professionalism and Disappointing Experience

After I paid for my driving lessons, the instructor didn't bother to schedule any classes. He kept saying he would call me back, but I wouldn't hear from him for weeks. I had to reach out to him again just to ask about the classes.
When I complained to customer service, all they did was send me an email saying sorry. They didn't do anything else to make things right. They didn't refund the money for the remaining classes I had paid for, and they didn't even try to book me with a different instructor.
It's clear that they lack professionalism and don't respect people's money and time. It's really frustrating and disappointing.

driveJohnsons Terrible Experience with driveJohnsons: No Refund, No Driver, No Customer Service

I gotta say, I'm not one to complain, but this is just too much! So, they promised to give me my money back, but it's been a whopping three weeks and still no sign of that cash! I've been trying to get in touch with them, calling them up countless times, and you know what they always say? "I'll call you back." But guess what? They never do! Can you believe it?

They couldn't even find a driver for me, and now they're acting like it's my fault! Come on now, if it's not my fault, then why am I the one left empty-handed? I just don't get what the problem is with this company. Their service is just plain awful, and it's got me fuming! And to top it all off, nobody seems to give a darn about helping me out.

I mean, seriously, what's a person gotta do to get some decent customer service around here? It's like they don't even care about their customers. Well, let me tell you, I'm not gonna let this slide. I'm gonna make sure everyone knows about the terrible experience I've had with driveJohnsons. They need to step up their game and start treating their customers with some respect. It's the least they can do after all the trouble they've put me through.

driveJohnsons Unreliable and Unprofessional: My Disappointing Experience with driveJohnsons

I had a really bad experience with driveJohnsons. They are totally unreliable when it comes to their driving instructors. It seems like they have no idea who works for them or who they employ. It's a real lack of professionalism on their part.

I was strung along for over 30 lessons, thinking I was making progress towards my driving test. But once I booked my test, they dropped me like a hot potato. They were so arrogant and rude, thinking they knew best. They left me high and dry with no car or instructor.

To make matters worse, when I tried to complain to the company, they were utterly useless. They didn't even have the instructor on their system, so they couldn't do anything to help me. It's clear that they don't take complaints seriously or have any proper procedures in place to handle them.

And to top it all off, the instructor I had wasn't even who he said he was. It's really disappointing and frustrating to have wasted so much time and money with this company. I would definitely not recommend driveJohnsons to anyone. Stay away from this company if you want a reliable and trustworthy driving instructor.
