Most unprofessional, unworthy, expensive and incompetent school. They are here only to take money from students and they try every trick to get more and more amount from the student by all means. I took innumerous classes and tests and without any major reason they continuously failing me the initial assessment which I cleared in 2nd try from other school. Not at all recommended.

Good day dear sir mam I do have one problem from your department which is from the schedule and exams example it’s been 1 year been started my driving license n I have spent around 15000 aed still I cannot take the my license because off the there’s is no teacher available no classes available whenever I go I paying for taxi taking off to my job and after all this test date is like 15 day 10 days 1 months after I’m getting whatever I learned from the all the spending time and money I failed because to much late the giving test date please help me to get my license I have spent my all saving here but still no license?

I, Syed Atiqur Rahman, (Student ID: 5405467) a student of GALADARI Driving School, opened my file on 27 November, 2023. I was contacted by a GALADARI Staff (Faizul Hassan - +[protected]) on 1 December, 2023 to make a payment of about AED1120 to begin my classes. However, on the very next day 2 December, 2023, I received a confirmation message of AED420 was paid but the remaining AED700 was not paid anywhere. I already messaged him several times but didn’t receive any response from him yet. As a result I have no other choice but to complain on him. I attached the screenshot of the WhatsApp correspondence for your perusal.

Today, Dec 13, 2023. I was trying to book a RTA parking exam since morning. I called and the customer service representative said that the system was down, hence they can’t book a schedule. I went to the same branch (MOE) and they said that the RTA system is not down. I ended up wasting the whole day not being able to book a schedule. They also told me that i can email them for booking and nothing happened there as well. No one replied nor a call back. Very frustrating.

Galadari Driving school has the worst services in the world. They have rude & unprofessional examiners who themselves have little driving knowledge and they will keep you failing for the mistakes you never committed. They will suck up all your money and make you frustrated. And there is no platform where you can challenge them. So instead of wasting your money, Its better to take admission in some institutes that actually values their customers.

Please if yiu are plaibg to a driving license, don't wast your time and money to come to galadari drivibg schoool, they have the worst customer service. Poor planing driving instructors will faildyou for just no reason. They will take two weeks to book a single class. Big customer swrvice room with more than 16 custiner service desk but only 4 person is on their and only two is attending to customers with over 25 persons waiting. No customer service supervisor on his desk for more than 30minutes, I ask them to refund or cancel and transfer my account to another school put they keep saying no.

My advice to you is Don not come to this school.

I had my parking classes today, 25th June from 3pm to 5 pm. The parkings were crowded with many students learning at the same time. So we waited in queue for our turn to practice garage parking. The instructor of car plate no. 245 was using one parking and did not leave that parking after practicing so many times even after my instructor requested to use it as we waited for half n hour and we were nearing 5pm. He finally moved out of the parking. we thought he was finally leaving so we took the car forward and started our practice. That's when he parked his car right in front of ours and blocked us even after we honked many times. This is not ethical behavior especially for a driving instructor. He is teaching wrong behavior to his students and everyone around him.This really upset me, I could not practice because of him and wasted my time and money and left the place with a terrible experience. This kind of behavior from an instructor is not acceptable and I would like to file a complaint against this particular instructor of car plate 245 who was teaching between 3 to 5 pm on 25th June. This is unfair and I request you to take strict action against him as this also spoils galadari's name and leaves the students with a terrible feeling that no one wants to experience.

Its been 3months I am not able to move on my journey of licnese every time they fail me without any major mistakes sand in every test they give all major mistakes how it's possible what the instructor are doing if they can't help student to fix these problems.Instructor are doing thier best but the examinors are very rude and on little mistake they will make pressure on u and make u to do everything wrong and in the end they said everything was good but u need to do more classes what is this if everything was good then why should they fail?... Please check with the examinor and instruct them to be polite and ignore little bit mistakes everyone is getting very hurt just because of them.

I paid through the Galadari mobile app to renew my learner’s permit before expiry date. But while booking class they asked me to pay again for the renewal, 4 times more the original money that i already paid. I went to claim refund at the Galadari al quoz main office and spoke to Hamza in room 7 and his supervisor, Ms Hassa with long waiting time and nobody was able to help me. They kept saying the same thing over and over again. I paid through their mobile app that was linked to my profile specific to renewing my learning permit, but they kept saying that i had to call the customer service again after making payment in their company app. To be noted, it is not a 3rd party company payment link, it is their company mobile app which does not get updated in their internal system. NO COMMUNICATION WAS PROVIDED TO ME AT ALL to call again after making the payment in their mobile app, for the specific reason of learner’s permit renewal. It is a terrible and incompetent service. The broken process is not fixed and this is how they say ‘it is what it is and is our company process’. And customers like us, not only wastes alot of money but a lot of time, effort and energy. Extremely disappointed. Definitely would not recommend Galadari to my friends and family.

I gave my rta parking garage exam in my 7 am time slot , 16th april , sunday . once i crossed car sensors it didn’t say garage parking . I crossed again that time it said garage parking test . I parked the car . After pulling the hand brakes it didn’t said exit from the parking bay which it always say . So i waited for the instructor available there . He said go again and park . So i started again and i was waiting for my turn to park but the car said your exam is finished. I came back inside and the rta person said u were not talking car properly from sensor but the truth is there sensors are not working properly and he failed me for exceed time limit . I will not accept this

I have started the process of obtaining driving licence with galadari and now when it comes to galadari assessment test, the galadari examiners seems somehow fail while telling false mistakes .

It seems purposely failing a student means the idea of the galadari and obtain more money through further driving lessons and fees. Also you lose weeks and months in obtaining next available schedule for classes..

Really feel unsecured now and already substancial amount of money paid to galadari.. really hopeless..

I bought your package on 29th October and a person, Mr. Hassan contacted me on 30th Oct. At the same time, a lady Sitara also contacted me before Hassan and they both continuously called me to pay. I was supporting Ms. Sitara but giving me an impression that they both were same, Mr. Hassan trickly asked me to pay immediately using his ID and I did that.

Now since then, I am continuously contacting Hassan to guide me how to proceed, but neither he is picking my calls, nor he is replying to my Whatsapp.

Is this the way your people support your clients ?

I have serious concerns with that guy Hassan having mobile # [protected]

Need your prompt action against him and please depute someone else to support me.

I have been driving for 7 years in my home country, its been now almost 8 months that I am trying to get the license in the UAE, my BIG MISTAKE was to go to Galadari, big pieces of [censored].

They FAIL you for absolutely noooooooooooo reason, then you are obliged to pay for 8 more classes but to book these 8 classes and the extra test is where the problem is, you have to wait like 20 days ! highly unprofesional.

I failed my rta final road test because the lady instructor was telling me to "take right" which translates to turn right, right? but No, thats not what she meant, she meant 'park'.

I could have literally done a masters degree in this time, its a bloody driving licence...I honestly had a much much better experience in my home country, only reason I am doing it in the UAE is because I have to.

so disappointed in the UAE... I have paid like 3000 extra on top of what I paid in the beggining because the learning permit expires because of the gaps between classes and tests.

DUBAI POLICE / RTA please close this scamming school, such a shame for a muslim country.

It would be better if they record the whole driving process with audio captured inside and out to avoid personal decisions from some instructors, where by it's there will to fail you, or pass you without enough evidence to reproach what took place in the test, with such videos it would help to justify and clarify acts of each party either the driver or instructor.

I acknowledge failing the initial driving assessment on first attempt and went back for more extra classes and passed later on the initial driving assessment, not giving up and improving on my progress on the road, though I am not new to driving.

To my knowledge I was very aware of what I should do, cause I went through DSSSM, MSPSL, POM & LADA Driving Routines,

My road test was something I prepared enough for and suddenly I got a message that I failed, but still wondering about the results, what did i do wrong?, It's to my surprise that some people will fail you whenever they feel like, but at least let our voices be heard and in such scenarios, let them look through the matter, for the good and not for the cause of money, cause this is misleading without any solutions,

I have been trying to call you guys to schedule my classes but every time they said they will call but no one called. For my theory test I had a very bad experience where your staff treated me like a slave I came 2 times and they said system is not working so you can attend your test today. I have been calling them again and again but no results so far. When I booked with galadari they mentioned you can have the forklift license classes in alqouz but lateron they said no its only available in alquasis I feel like I have been trapped.

I call him on branch phone to book my another test the phone is busy so I cut the phone call again & he got angry with me saying like I am on another can’t you here wait for 10min, really rude accent.

I really had worst experience in GMDC… today it was my second attemp parking test and I did all parking perfectly but they told me I failed bcoz of dry stearing. I never heard and I never had experience to get failed bcoz of dry stearing…and funny things once I asked him can I see video why I failed thn he failed me in second parking too bcoz I questioned)))..so today I do understand it’s just scam they won’t let you pass at least in 3rd attempt and again will take 3-4 attempts to pass in RTA driving test….so plz even you are too good just mentally and financially be ready to get all this trauma if you want to get driving license in dubai..

I failed for the sixth time in Galadari exam. Every next class available is 20 days later every time. Hence, my learning permit expires. It's been more than a year now trying to get license. No one is listening to me to lend help to know why I am failure and how to resolve.

I have written more than 20 emails to seek help and incompetent response and support is provided.

I spent already 8k AED before even going for the RTA Road test.

I assume this all plan of making money.

I would not refer this institute to anyone for training.

I book 8 class on Dec 03/2022 on the same day that book my class the agent informs me that I gone receive the details in SMS eventually I didn't received any details of my class in SMS Rather received a deactivation SMS from RTA on Dec11 so I contacted Galadari call center on Dec12 I addressed all my inquiries in detail to resolve any Issues & the agent who assisted me at the moment told me that I will be apdated (she is going to contact) which never happened. I contacted them to update me on my class they failed to update me the details of my class date & instructors.
