Je vous adresse ce courrier suite au traitement que j’ai subi au sein de votre entreprise dont je vais vous relater les faits.

Je suis un fournisseur chez vous (GARAGE FRIA) et a mon grand étonnement le 6 septembre 2023 Mr Wann le nouveau directeur des ressources humaines m’a appelé en me disant qu’il voulait s’entretenir avec moi et me donner mon paiement effectué. Suite à cela, je mettais rendu à votre bureau. Il nous reçoit (je n’étais pas le seul fournisseur présent) et il nous demande un pourcentage sur les factures qu’il signera. Chose que je ne m’étais pas préparé vu que c’est la première fois que je suis confronté à ce genre de situation et j’avais rejeté sa demande.

Plutard il s’est mis à m’appeler à plusieurs reprises et même tard en soirée et jusqu’au lendemain de lui proposer un montant alors pour que je puisse récupérer mon paiement.

J’avais demandé après Mr Dia et Madame Cherif mais malheureusement pour moi, ils étaient tous en déplacement. Suite à cela, J’ai cédé à sa pression et à ses menaces en effectuant ce qu’il voulait.

Le 8 Septembre 2023, je lui ai effectué un dépôt de 2.000.000 gnf à partir de mon numéro personnel. Suite à cela, il m’a appelé en me disant de retirer l’argent de son compte et finalement il me l’a ramené et m’a instruit d’aller dans un point de dépôt orange money pour lui faire le transfert.

Plutard, j’ai demandé à ce qu’on lui fasse le transfert via un point de dépôt orange money. La personne lui a transféré 2.500.000 gnf par erreur et vu que c’était 2.000.000 gnf il demandait, il a ramené les 500.000 gnf. L’agent du point de dépôt orange est disponible au besoin pour vérification vu qu’il m’a remis un fichier Excel me montrant la transaction.

J’aimerai attirer votre attention sur ce fait et que s’il venait à répéter ce genre de comportement, je ne serai plus en mesure de coopérer avec votre entreprise dans ces conditions.
