Boss Security Screens

Boss Security Screens is a dope company, man. Their staff is lit and our experience was hella positive, from the customer support to the sales and installation. They really know what they're doing and their screens are the bomb. Highly recommend!

We got screens from Boss on 4/21/22. They said they'd be put up by August 2022 and we'd get emails from the factory. On 6/22/2022 we added the front door to our order. The sales rep said it wouldn't change the install date. They'd do 2 installs if needed. On Sept. 23 2022 we got an email saying the finish line's near. Thank you! Admin Team. On Oct. 7 we got an email saying we're waiting for the factory to crate our order. They'll tell us when it's done. On Nov 11 I emailed the owner. We ordered in April 2022. On Oct 7th we got an email saying we're waiting for our order to be crated. We want an update but no one's getting back to us. We got an email back saying we'll get our order on 11/28. We'll get scheduled after that. On Dec 12 I emailed asking for an update. On Dec 12 I got an email saying they'll let us know when our order's in so we can get scheduled. On about Dec 12 I got a call from a rep named "Flower" saying our order won't ship until Jan.2 2023. The owner's watching our order. No one else has talked to us.

Boss Security Screens is dope! They give some of their cash to different non-profit groups! HealthySunrise got some of that money and it was lit! They helped out our youth leadership program in Vegas and also gave some cash to help feed pregnant women in Nigeria during COVID-19. This company is straight up amazing! Big ups to you for doing what you do!

Boss Security Screens is the bomb! I gotta say, getting these screens was one of the smartest moves I've ever made. I used to have Rolladen shutters that cost me a fortune, but they crapped out on me after just two years. Plus, I was always worried they weren't really keeping me safe. But with Boss Security Screens, I feel like a boss. They look so sleek and sexy, and they keep all the bad guys out. I sleep like a baby now, and I love being able to leave my windows and doors open without worrying about some creep sneaking in. The staff is super cool too. They really know their stuff and they're always there to help. If you're thinking about getting some security screens, Boss is the way to go. Trust me, it's worth every penny!

I bought a door from Boss Security Screens and paid half the money upfront. The salesman said it would be brown with gray trim, but my house and my neighbor's door are both brown. I tried calling and emailing the company, but no one answered. Finally, the secretary told me to ask the man who was coming to measure in two weeks. Today, he came early without telling me and left a card. When I called the office, the secretary couldn't answer my questions, so I asked for my deposit back and decided not to get the door, which would take 4 1/2 months to arrive.
