I have done my due diligence and fulfilled my obligation to this company, complied with the Terms and Conditions that were posted on the internet site and they continue to bill my credit card company.

In addition to billing me for a product that I have cancelled well within the 14 day period, they have chosen to bill me twice for the amount of $87.13 for merchandise that I am not receiving nor do I care to receive.

I too was a victim of FWM Laboratories. I ordered the free trial of the Life Cleanse that they had to offer online on 12/17/08. On 12/18/08 I was charged $3.95 for shipping. On 1/5/09 I was charged $87.13 and had not received any product from them. I called on 1/5/09 and filed a complaint with customer service [protected]. I waited 7 day just as the CSR had asked me to do. At that time, still no refund. I called back for several days and finally on 1/14/09 I reached another CSR, he informed that he did not see a refund request but he would put on in. I informed him that if I did not have my refund by 1/22/09 that I would be filing a suit with the Clerk of Court of the County in which I lived and it would cost more than 87.13 to get it resolved. And I received and email from FWM regarding same. On 1/15/09, I called back to confirm that the confirmation number that was email to me was correct and that they would be issuing me a refund. The CSR that I got this time was really sweet and helpful. I am not saying the threat of taking them to court helped, but I checked my account this morning 1/20/09 and I had my credit. But I did cancel my debit card and get a new one just in case. I wish you the best of luck with your refunds.

I just called the bank to cancel my card and file a complaint. I was told that because it says on the Web site that FWM will charge your account unless you cancel, there is nothing that can be done. Wouldn't it be nice if they gave you a chance to cancel. My account was charged within just a few days of receiving the free trial. I told the banker I called FWM the day the charges appeared and was told my account would be credited back the $87.13 in 7 to 10 business days, and that on Jan. 16 they told me it would be refunded within 24 hours. He told me there may be recourse since I was told the money would be refunded, bu I have to wait 30 days (until Feb. 3) to file a complaint. I'll keep you posted.

I've spent the better part of two hours over the last couple of days trying to get my $87.13 refunded. I've spoken to at least four people who tell me I'll receive a confirmation e-mail when the money is refunded. In fact, on Jan. 16, I was told it would be refunded within 24 hours . . . well, guess what! I'm calling the bank to cancel my card immediately and will call tomorrow to see if there is anything they can do. Lesson learned, my friends . . . free trials are a scam!

Forget it! I ordered a new debit card (1/15/09)! Not taking any chances. I'm convinced they will try to charge me! Hope I beat them to it!

I ordered only 1 bottle of Acai Berry on 1/4/09 and after calling the company for a different matter, I learned I was in the loop to receive another bottle 2/4/09! I quickly cancelled it and looked for info. on the web. As you see, I have come across many complaines about the company! Darn it! I called three times to ensure cancellation but now I am wondering if I should change my debit card with my bank just in case! Or at least inform my bank of this issue.

Wish I would have checked it out first! I just got a "free trial" of the Acai Berry. It just so happens I had an additional charge of .12 and called to inquire about it. I got someone on the phone after about five minutes and was told I would receive another shipment 2/4/09! I quickly cancelled it, not knowing I put my self in the loop after ordering the "free trial". I was given a cancellation number. I hope that means something and I do not receive another shipment! I called back, just to "ensure" I was cancelled. The second caller said yes.

Turns out the .12 was a fee my bank charged for the International Transaction. Neither caller had a clue what this fee was for.

Say a prayer for me! I sure can't afford to be charged $87.00 next month!

I just received my order. I noticed on my bank statement an additional .12 charged to my account so I called to ask why. The male was rude and had not clue. It turns out my bank charged me for the international transaction. I am so glad I called because it was then (today) that I learned I would be receiving another bottle 2/4/09! I quickly cancelled it today. I hope that is the end of it.

The number I called was [protected]. I am not sure if they have different ads going, but I got some one on the phone after about five minutes.

So, there product fake?

I ordered the Acai Berry supplement from FWM laboratories and was charged $87 for their free offer. I received the product in a small brown envelope accompanied with a note to thank me for "my purchase and hope I enjoy the product", no other documentation on the 14 day free trial, or an invoice confirming my purchase. On their website there was no mention on a 14 day free trial offer, only to try their product for free no extra charges just $1.99 for shipping and handling. I recently received a credit card statement and there was an $87 charge for the product. Not only was I charged for the product, but there are side effects not mentioned on their website or the product package that I would warn consumers who would like to try this product. I started taking the pill and the first day, and experienced stomache cramping. Thinking it was probably something I ate, I took it again the second day 30 mins after injesting the product another stomache attack, so I discontinued taking it. It claims to boost your energy and give you a healthier feeling, this may be true, but if you have a digestive condition as I have please do not take this product, it would save you the discomfort and waste of money. I have since called this company to get a refund on the product and they were helpful, but we will see what the outcome of this dispute.

FWM LABORATORIES FRAUD COMPANY SELLING ACAI BERRY DENIES CHARGING MY CARD $87.13 !
I called [protected] and spoke with "Robin" who flat out DENIED THE CHARGE I AM LOOKING AT IN BLACK AND WHITE ON MY CREDIT CARD TRANSACTION STATEMENT!

I asked, "So you are denying the charge I am looking at with my own eyes?" She replied, "yes."

I never heard of this! Apparently (and I KNEW MY GUT FEELING WAS RIGHT) the statement about a week ago from another company rep who said my the charges will be refunded LIED.

NO MORE 30 DAY "FREE" SAMPLES THAT WILL CHARGE OUR CREDIT CARD.
WE MUST BE GIVEN THE PROTECTION TO MAKE A PURCHASE - not that our card will be charged without our knowledge. (LAW 101)

I/WE WANT IMMEDIATE ACTION FOR THIS!

THIS COMPANY, FWM LABORATORIES IN HOLLYWOOD, FL SCAMMED ME SO FAR $100 DOLLARS AND I NEVER AUTHORIZED A CHARGE FOR THEIR ACAI BERRY.
I paid $4.95 for SHIPPING for a "free sample" of their Acai Berry.
The product doesn't do anything at all.
IT'S ABOUT AS EFFECTIVE AS AN M&M.
Their website PROMISES OVER THE TOP THEY WILL NOT CHARGE MY CARD FOR 30 DAYS IF I AM NOT COMPLETELY SATISFIED.
********** THEY LIED**********
I have TWO charges, one for $87.13 and another for $12 something.
I IMMEDIATELY CANCELED MY CARD TO PREVENT MORE FRAUDULENT CHARGES.
THERE HAS TO BE A NEW LAW WHERE WE ACTUALLY BUY A PRODUCT TO PROTECT US FROM SCAM ARTISTS LIKE FWM LABORATORIES.
THIS IS JUST PLAIN WRONG.

My suggestion is to PRINT THESE PAGES AND SUBMIT THEM TO THE FRAUD DEPT. OF YOUR BANK. Ask your bank to provide "provisional credit" until this matter is settled. Please contact me at tashawinsnow@gmail.com . I ordered Dec29th. $3.95 was deducted from my account. and then yesterday $87.13 was deducted before I even received the product (which actually also arrived late afternoon with only the Detox bottle and no Cleansing bottle included. Sham and Shame. Let's help each other realize the opportunity to recover our losses

The exact same thing happened to me...they charged me twice! $87.13 x2, when the "free trial" was supposedly $3.95 for shipping...and the $2.61 is from your bank, an international transaction fee. And I didn't even get a product sent. =(

I got ahead of things when I read these reports of scam...so far my only charge is the S and H. I also tried to call them with no results...so I contacted my credit card company, closed my account and they are issuing me a new account number and said I wouldn't be charged any future charges on the old acct. That's one way to get rid of charges from those scammers.

I was charged the $3.95 for shipping and handling of the free sample on my December credit card statement. Today I received another bottle of the ACAI BERRY which was not ordered or authorized. I got my credit card statement out and tried to call the number listed for that charge, like others I got message -mail box is full. So I said I would call my credit card company, I told them I authorized a one time charge of $3.95 for free sample. To my surprise I was informed that there were two charges for $89.74 on my account. I explained the situation to my credit card company agent and read some of the complaints listed on the Internet about these people. I was assured that the charges would be taken off my account. So if charges are on your credit card account, contact the credit card company and explain what these people are during to our citizens.

I ordered this free trial on 12/18/08 and received it on 12/31/08. My debit card was charged $87.13 on 1/5/09 (only 5 days after receipt of Acai Berry Detox). I had not had time to even try it or to cancel the order. I calleld the toll free number on 1/8/09 and spoke with Billly. He said he would cancel my subscription and refund my purchase price in 7 days. He gave me a confirmation number, so I'm waiting to see what happens in 7 days, then I'll call back if I've not received my refund.

Your 14 day trial begins when you order... So then they begin charging. My bank turned off my card until i contacted them after the first charge. Tried for a week to contact them no answer. Finally got through, cancelled and getting my charge back...will see on that. Luckily it was still pending for $87.13 they said "that it would not go through". As for the Acai berry... Seems to be doing what it says. Have definitely cleansed me, belly fat is shrinking. Pounds lost 4. Now to see if i can get through the rest of the bottle and still lose... Definitely not going through that company again. Will try to find at stores if it works.

I have called 3 different telephone numbers, keep getting the run around. This is a scam, there has to be a way to stop them. They have taken money out of my account that was not authorized. Total of 179.00. There was no free trial, never received product. I spoke with a Michelle that said money would be refunded. Will see what happens. I have also reported them to BBB, please everyone report them! mjd

Hi, it's me again, I just posted one other message here
I just got off the phone with the credit card company I used
They said, "in the last 30 days, 40 % of the calls they have rec'vd were for fraudulent charges of $87.13
the company has tons of alias'
she told me to CLOSE MY ACCOUNT
If anyone has the word Lipaphen on their bill, it's also Acai berry
I'll be glad to help you with phone numbers or bullying

Hello, same exact thing happened to me, but before I tell you about, I must add something
When I first stupidly ordered this stuff online, I ordered this Acai berry detox and some OTHER bottles. They BOTH said, s/h only. No mention of money
On 11/19 one of my credit cards was charged $5.95 for Herbal Groups. I rec'vd 8 bottles of stuff, Intra cleanse and Multi Vitimins and Miracle Pills ...don't I wish. I realized the error of my ways and called them. Let me know if you need their number. They said, "you may mail them back within the first 14 days". I did ...I forgot to check my credit card to see if they credited me until right now...so, onto this Acai berry stuff, I got it today and thought "hmmmmmm, that sure took a long time from the end of November when I ordered them other stupid pills. I came on here looking for them in google and what do I find? THIS SITE and then I read someone got charged $87.13 I do have 2 charges of $87.13 on this credit card
one is for Acaiberry Detox phone number [protected] and the other is for Lipaphen? have no idea what it is?
same amount? $87.13?
okay, sorry this is so lengthy
I called the Acaiberry people, oh my gosh, held on phone for 23 minutes. A lady answered, I knew I was in trouble. I explained the situation, told her she'd be sorry if she messed with me, that I was getting ready to type an email on a site that was already nailing them
She started babbling in ? and I said, "please slow down, I cannot understand you"
the b8888 then proceeded to talk like you do when someone is hard of hearing enuciating each letter . I knew I had to keep it cool in order to get my money back
she continued this slooooooooooow speech pattern and I lost it and said some bad things
so
bottom line
call the 86 nunmber above
don't order again online without going to Google
Google knows everything
Happy new year
let's hope no new charges come onto our cards
lesson's learned
Gayle

This same exact thing happened to me. I agreed to the free sample at $3.95 and they withheld $87.13 from my bank. Now I suppose I have to report a fraud along with a dispute with my bank who's charging me overdraft fees because of this bull. I got the Acai berry detox in the mail, but I never DREAMED that I would be charged $87.13 . I guess now I'm never going to order something without researching it.

Thank you Kadie for a number that finally worked. I too had the same problem. An unauthorized $89.74 was charged to my bank account on 12/26. I spoke with "Dru" on 1/4 who claims has cancelled my account with FWM, and is refunding the money to my bank account. I was told the additional $2.61 was S&H charges. Had they made it clear there would be ongoing shipments or charges, I would never have even accepted the trial. Will see what happens now, or will be reporting to BBB as well. I have made several online purchases in the past, but never have been scammed before. I think I will stick with local merchants from here on.

I have also had the same problem and will be filing a dispute with my bank today! I have never received the sample I paid for that was $3.95. Friday I was looking at my bank account and was charged $87.13 for something I never received. I did get a hold of a live person Sun. night. Her name was Ronda. She assured me my account would be credited. It hasn't. Thisis ridiculous. I wil report the to the BBB. It took me forever to locate a number to call. I kept getting a fast busy signal or mail box was full. I am furious and will never do this again!

Same experience. When I called to cancel trial and get return instruction, found that the phone number given when ordering was a bad number, as was the number on my bank statement with the original shipping charges. On my bank statement, the company name was given as 'Liphen' for the shipping, while the $87 charge to my account was 'Acaiberry [one word] Detox' while the sample was shipped from FWM Laboratories (no listed phone #) and was called 'Life Cleanse'. Smoke and mirrors.

This complaint helped as it gave a different phone # where I did reach a person who promised to refund the charge within 7-10 days (we'll see) and told me to keep the trial bottle. Thank you for taking the trouble to complain.

I recieved the same problem you have, I tried to call 1 week after I ordered from the number they gave me on the page in the fine print and they told me they had no record of my order and then 10 days later the product came in the mail with a diffent # to call on it . When I called that # the phone just rang with no answer. So I did my research and came across this page where Kadie left the # she found on it . I called and cancelled the account we will see what happens now . Thanks Kadie I was so mad, this site is a scam the bottle they sent me looks nothing like the bottled I saw when I ordered the free trail. Thanks again Kadie.
