I purchased a Kinsey Couch in January order # [protected] and within three months the leather was cracking and sloughing off. I have a hole in the seat cushion and another area that the stitching is coming apart. Even their website says they have a 5 year leather warrenty and 1 year manufactures warrenty, they do not sand by that and will only offer me a credit note. I never want to purchase anything from this store ever again!
