I am SO SO sorry I did not research the complaints about this company before I made a $1, 500.00 purchase from them. The are the RUDEST people I have every dealt with and the trucking company also. The bathroom vanity was to be delivered, however, before delivery they email along with invoice, specific instructions NOT to sign anything until package is FULLY inspected. Well..the trucking company "Road Runner" aka RRTS.com is another JOKE! the driver wanted to dump the vanity on the STREET!
I tried to call this place and customer service tells me it is "Curbside" delivery. Now, there is NO where on the invoice that states that! and I told her. Her response, to refuse delivery, however, they do not know when I would receive it again, IF they delivery it at all..hmmm was that a threat? anyway, I ask to speak to manager, she tells me there is nobody there at the moment. So, I wait five minutes and call again, to speak to RON (who I now find out after reading reviews that he IS the manager) so RON tells me, there is no manager or supervisor available, that this is HIS personal cell phone, that calls are forwarded to and told me to call back in one minute and he WILL have the manager answer the call...hmmm VERY BIZARRE! so I wait 5 minutes and call...and woman answers, saying that the manager is OUT TO LUNCH! I repeat what RON told me to do. So, I hang up, call again ...guess what? its RON! now he is telling me the Manager is NOT AVAILABLE! he wants my name and number and a Manager will call me back...YEAH RIGHT! The trucker, FINALLY left the vanity in my garage (I am moving into this house and the garage is packed so I had to make room, and had to FIGHT with him to leave it on the pallet so it would not damage on the floor & I was NOT allowed to inspect the item) this company is a total JOKE! I Am not a person to write any negative reviews unless it is SO horrible that I need to WARN others. I am contacting the BBB on Listvanites and Road Runner Transportation. Also, I WILL send this review to multiple sites. I am also writing a review about Road Runner. DO NOT I REPEAT DO NOT PURCHASE ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY IF YOU WANT TO CALL IT THAT!

Horrible company to deal with! Ordered a matching vanity & mirror that totally do not match & company wants us to pay for shipping! Do not buy from them!

I asked them to cancel my order a few hours after I placed it. I got a call from them (Raymond Brown, per caller ID) and he basically told me that I was not acting like an adult because I messaged him on FB Messenger instead of directly from the website, and he also told me that he thinks I am lying about the reason for cancellation. First, I DO NOT need to give him a reason to cancel. That is my right as a consumer. And he does not know my situation enough to openly call me a liar. And second, in this day of Social Media, a lot of companies, small or big, use it to communicate. Maybe get with the times and technology?
I know I dodged a bullet here by canceling my order. Future buyers, beware. You might get lucky and not need it, but should you need service post purchase, be ready to deal with the most condescending and rude people ever! I have YET to deal with any customer service that was this rude. And the worst part is when I called him out on his tone and use of words, he basically laughed it off and said ‘you get my point’. Wow.

Hi Dave, you notified the company 3 weeks after having product in your possession that was clearly well past our terms and conditions for notification of damage or replacement not just for us but the manufacturer as well. Unfortunately, you can not have product in our possession for weeks then ask for us to replace it. AS for complaining about "CURBSIDE" all delivery are just that. Most individuals offer a courtesy tip to the drivers that typically result in them bringing the order into the garage but again, in our Term and Conditions as well as the follow up email once shipped stating in the instructions, clear as day, "Curbside Delivery only". This customer threatened to refuse the order that was on their doorstep in under two weeks because the driver wouldn't bring the order into the garage. Both of your complaints, are cherry picked and not the facts. Please read the instructions for inspection, the T&C on our site or call the next company you purchase product from before being hyper passive aggressive. Lastly, for you both, it was your second order with us, so you both were and should of been well aware of all mentioned here.

We had the same experience! Absolutely the rudest, most unprofessional people I have dealt with. We were sent a damaged linen tower and they came up with reasons to not make it right. I would definitely find another distributor before doing business with this outfit.
