www.brosa.com.au review: Sonja Ottoman Sofa Bed Ottoman Folding Bed

I purchased a fold out bed from Brosa just before Christmas and it arrived early February. I have only now had the chance to use it. One of the problems with this bed is that it doesn’t have locking devices to hold the legs up and when you move the bed slightly they collapse. This happened to me the first time I tried to use it and it fractured my big toe. I notified the company and asked them how I go about getting a refund. They won’t refund my money as they said It had to be within seven days. This product is very dangerous and should not be allowed to be sold. The company is not complying with their obligations under the law.
Please don’t buy anything from these people for your own safety.
