Montage Furniture / Fast Furniture Repair LLC review: sectional

Soooo protection plan sends out fast furniture repair... And the tech accidentally sliced our couch, tried to hide it! Now the company is denying the tech did this!
Seriously? How do you think this happened?! My husband saw him do it and try to hide it by stapling it... Obviously that didn't work. Help!
Why would we lie? Even the techs (Bruce) son (Sean) told us "i'm always following behind fixing my dads mess ups."
This has been a nightmare!
3 months since initial issue and it just worsens every time they come out.
