In July, this company came to our house to check our roof after a hail storm. My husband signed a contract. The company worked with my husband to be present when the insurance company came for their assessment. On August 11th, our insurance company informed us that the claim was not fully approved. They only approved 50 shingles to be replaced and some gutter/screen repairs. My husband immediately told Frontline that since it wasn't a complete replacement, we didn't need their company. He also called our insurance company to inform them that we wouldn't be using Frontline. We have called and emailed them multiple times, asking for confirmation that the contract is canceled according to the contract terms, which state that the contract doesn't obligate us unless it's fully approved. In response, they have threatened to involve their lawyer and said we would face hefty fines, even though nothing has been scheduled yet.

We hired Frontline Consultants & Contracting LLC to replace our roof and we couldn't be more pleased. The project manager, ***, was smart and friendly throughout the first steps and the crew in charge of the replacement was nice and quick. The job was done in the time they said and the whole project went well. They cleaned up the area really nice after and left our property just like they found it. Everyone involved, from sales to the construction crew, even the office staff, was professional and polite. I got lucky and found Frontline for a roof replacement and house repaint. A buddy of mine recommended them, and boy am I glad he did! Their customer service, work quality, and timeliness are top-notch! I had been dealing with a frustrating Prescott roofing contractor for three months who wouldn't return my calls, and another local contractor who said they couldn't start until November 2022. But Frontline came to the rescue! They sent a project manager to my place just two days after I reached out, and my roof was done in just five weeks. It looks amazing and is ready for the Monsoons. There was a little hiccup with communication about a non-standard roof edge I had, but Frontline took care of it and made sure I was happy with the end result. Compared to other contractors I've dealt with, this level of service is way above average. The folks in the front office were always responsive and available when I needed them. The paint supervisor was also on the ball, and the crew did an incredible job on the house. I'll definitely be using them again and recommending them to others. A guy from Frontline came to our door and said they could help with our insurance claim for hail damage. We said yes because we saw good reviews on ComplaintsBoard.com. They said they would fix our roof, which we thought meant they would put new shingles on it like before. They came one evening and finished when it was dark. The next day, we noticed that the porch roof wasn't shingled like it used to be. They didn't tell us about this difference. When we asked, they said it couldn't be shingled because it had a low slope. But if that's true, how did the original builder do it? (Our neighbor's roof, which looked the same, got shingled by Frontline.) They should have told us this before they did the work! The low slope roofing material doesn't match the shingles and it's really obvious. They also didn't paint the edges of the shed like they said they would. So, the lesson here is to make sure you know exactly what Frontline is doing and get it in writing. The shingled part of the roof looks good. They did fix a bad skylight after we told them about it. They did a good job staining the damaged fence.
