They did very good work. They were very professional and cleaned up everything when they were done.

Everyone I dellt with was very professional and willing to do the work right despite the cold temperatures. The sales rep was checking up on things throughout the window and siding replacement.

I was very happy with ACRI for siding and roofing that was done a few years ago. Roberta showed us windows and all the options for each. She was very thorough and helpful in providing all the information I needed to get what I wanted.

I recently had Acri windows installed in my upstairs windows. WOW! Amazing difference. We were freezing up their until my new windows were put in. Now I can't wait to do the rest downstairs...thank you Acri for your exceptional products and service.

Jason and his crew was professional and a pleasure to have remodel our home. They stepped in on a job that was half screwed up by another contractor. When they were done our home looked like one you would see in a magazine. We couldn't be happier. I recommend the Acri company and will use them again.

Every time I turn down our road and see our house I realize again how useless and shabby was the work done by your crew. The siding has more waves than the beach and I will continue tell everyone about the lack of skill your company has. I will give you one star because there is no half stars to choose from

I had a somewhat small issue when compared to a lot of folks. After the derecho came through, I completely lost my ridge-line and a couple of shingles. Tim came out, looked at my roof and told me he would work me in. He did. The crew showed up early in the afternoon. I went to toast a corndog. It truly seemed like the work was complete at about the same time as my meal. They were quick, tidy and efficient. They also told me the previous company, which did my roofing, used too small of nails to secure my ridge-line. I sincerely hope that I don't have to have a roof repair or replacement in the near future or anytime soon but if I do...I know I'm calling Tim and the ACRI Company. I'm more than satisfied.

Above and beyond expectations! I needed to make a claim to get siding replaced and I just happened to contact Acri for a second opinion after getting feedback from another siding company who said I didn't have a claim. I'm so glad I did contact Acri and talked with Tim Acri and not only did he help me with getting the siding repair all set up, he met with me the day the insurance adjuster was to inspect my home. He was able to explain to the adjuster the reasons and what damages really needed repaired because of the damages from the storms it got, it helped me to be able to get my entire home resided completely in detail covered by insurance minus my deductible. Tim worked with me every step of the way and the crew that replaced it, was outstanding! Quick, attention to detail, cleanup after job was great, I couldn't be happier with how the entire process went. I 100% suggest to give them a call before settling on decision with another siding company.

We hired *** to do our siding October . We should have told this company to get lost before their sales woman even came on the property. To start off she was 2 hours late the first appointment before she called and canceled, then the 2nd appointment she called to cancel due to whatever her reason was and when we said we would go with someone else, her issue was miraculously fixed and she could make it. Once in the door we did like her, but she clearly was not truly familiar with the products on the market. She claimed there's no such thing as seamless gutters or siding for example. We brushed it off as, she is selling what Acri has to offer only, it's not her job to know about other products. We let her finish her sales pitch, and we liked the fools gold she had to sell. So we signed a contract for our siding and gutters. To keep the price point down, we asked for a 2 weeks notice before work was to begin, so we could rip the old stuff off and dispose of it. They called us on a friday night letting us know they are starting monday morning. We could not possibly get the siding off, just the husband and I, in one weekend (we had really bad log siding). We needed that full 2 weeks to work at it. The company wasn't going to give it to us. So we had to pay them to rip it off and we would dispose of it. Acri agreed on $500 to rip it off based off google earth or whatever they looked at our house on. As they, the contractor, never stepped foot on our property. Once their sub contractor got there and started working, he and his crew only worked for a few hours and then stopped work. Refused to do more because $500 wasn't enough. Acri required more money. I wanted to hold fast at $500 as I had it in writing, but my husband didn't want to do that to the sub contractor. So we agreed to pay $1000 more. Once my husband went out and showed the sub contractor how to remove the siding and lent them his saw (log siding uses big spikes that have to be cut), the removal process went quickly. They put the siding on and finished the job. When I did the walk around, it was cold, after Thanksgiving, and it looked good. I signed off that we were happy with it. Got through winter and spring rolls around and we start noticing the siding was wavy, there were big dips in sections, it was out of lap, big bubbles in spots, a gutter keeps falling away from the house, and large sections that didn't seem to have near enough nails in them. We called and got put on "the list". Temps start going up and we go to turn on our central air unit and nothing happened. Call in a guy to look at that, and here everything was cut. There was absolutely no wiring or tubing going from the AC unit to our house. Everything had been cut with a Sawzall. What was used to remove our log siding. The heating/cooling guy pulled a little of the siding back to see where the wires were and found them, still very much alive, stuffed into the wall, and sided over. It took most the day for him to rewire the central air unit. The electrical boxes and conduit all had to be replaced as it was missing as well. I called Acri. We were still "on the list". They didn't care about our AC unit. Very flippant about it. At this point, my husband has talked to no one except the sub contractor. *** seems determined to only speak to me. I contacted Acri on Facebook and asked if they were going to do anything about our issues. They sent me a picture of the walk through document I signed. I've had that document sent to me, or mentioned every single time I've tried to ask them to at least come look at what we are talking about. Seems like, since I was happy with the work in November, I should be happy 9 months later, and no issues could have possibly sprang up because I signed that document. Well hate to say it, we are not happy, signing that document almost 10 months ago didn't save us from issues with the work now. My husband was finally able to speak to Nick *** on Sept 2nd and asked him if anyone was going to come look at these issues or what. During the conversation, my husband made mention we had a claim with the insurance company for damages cause by the derecho and that the company that's been contracted to do the storm repairs was going to take care of east end of our house as the wind did damage a small portion of the siding there. Nick *** demanded pictures of what we were talking about and hung up on my husband. So I sent him pictures. He then replied to my email September 3rd basically saying we are scamming free work out of them for storm damage. There is wind damage to one end of our house that insurance is fixing. The issues we want ACRI to fix happened well before these storms, we were put "on the list" a couple months prior to the derecho. I replied to his accusatory tone with a bit more attitude than I should have, but at this point I'm over it. We dropped $20,000 on this job, we are not happy. You drive down our road and issues can be seen a mile away. We were sold and paid for one product/service, and they provided use with a dollar store quality product/service instead. Nick *** is rude, unprofessional, and was out of line yesterday calling me a liar and scammer. Not one person will get off their *** to even come out and look at the issues, that, from what I'm told, is an easy and quick fix. They got their money and they could care less about anything else. They do not stand behind their work, and they do not honor their guarantees. Their warranty is worthless. Save your money people and go elsewhere.

I hired ACRI Company to fix my roof after a storm messed it up. They told me that my skylight was going to leak and needed to be replaced, but my insurance wouldn't cover it. I asked them a few times how much it would cost to replace it, but they never got back to me. They replaced the roof, and the guy said it might leak, but I told him I'd buy materials to seal it. He said it wasn't necessary. Then it rained, and water leaked around the skylight and messed up the drywall. I called them to come back and fix it, and they caulked around the window. They said they'd send someone to look at the drywall damage, but nobody has come yet, and I can't get this fixed.
