Nice and professional! He explained everything what needs to be done. I was really impressed with how he took the time to go through all the details and make sure I understood what was happening. The work itself was top-notch too. The crew showed up on time and got right to work. They were efficient and tidy, which I appreciated. The end result was exactly what I wanted. My kitchen looks amazing now thanks to Rose Remodeling. I would definitely recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable and skilled remodeling company.

We had Rose Remodeling do up our shower to make it more age-friendly
We had Rose Remodeling do up our shower to make it more age-friendly. They put in safety bars, a handheld shower wand alongside the main shower head, and a seat. The wand is fixed on a wall at a 90-degree angle to the main shower head. Normally, the main shower head is the default water source, but there's a switch that diverts the water to the wand when pressed. However, in our case, the wand is the main water source, and we have to push in the diverter to get water to the main shower head. Because of where the wand is mounted, when you turn on the water, it either shoots right at your face or out the shower door. To activate the main shower head, you have to push in the diverter. And if you want to switch back to the wand, you have to turn off the water. We've reached out to *** multiple times through calls and texts, and we've had three different Rose representatives come over to check out the problem. They all agree that it's plumbed the wrong way, but none of them have offered a solution. We've been asking for a diverter switch that's a lever and doesn't reset when the water is turned off. That way, we can choose the right setting without getting sprayed in the face. One *** representative said it would be an easy fix but never got back to us. We feel completely ripped off; all we want is for this shower to work properly.
