Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram

I bought a used car from Frisco Chrysler Dodge Jeep Ram about a month ago. They took five days to prepare the vehicle for delivery after I made the purchase. Unfortunately, I had to buy an extra key for $500, which they said would be included when the car was delivered. However, when the car arrived on the following Wednesday, the spare key was missing. I've tried contacting the dealership more than five times, but they haven't resolved the issue or helped me get my $500 back.

This dealer be advertisin' vehicles online with prices that they ain't honorin', and they be doin' some price gougin' too. This dealership got at least 1 vehicle advertised on their website that ain't really for sale at the price they be advertisin'. When I asked 'bout buyin' the vehicle, they told me the price ain't final and there be an extra "market Adjustment" that ain't shown on the sticker or online price. When I asked why they be lyin' 'bout it, they said they ain't sure, but other folks done said the same thing.

I bought a 75000 car online from out of state. I said I would be there on the 6th of January to get it. I arrive on the 6th of January as agreed. The car was dirty and was offered no test drive. I go to finance to finalize the deal. I asked for the biggest baddest warranty to have 100 percent piece of mind while driving the car. I was told that is what I was getting. I even asked "if I blow this *** up is it covered"? Rose in finance says yes. I said are you sure? She say yes. I finalize paperwork and buy the car. The car is dirty and they don't even wash the car for me and I leave the dealership. Two months into owning the car the clutch goes out. I say no worries I'm covered. Turns out I was lied to as that is not a covered item. So now I am on the hook for the repairs. I speak to the head guy in charge at Frisco dodge Chris ***. He says to me that he is an "***" and they will be doing nothin at all to accommodate the situation for the misleading information I was given. He did Also mention how all this was my fault. I can't believe the lack of accountability this place has, but after speaking with MR., I can completely understand why that dealership is very misleading and unaccountable. He was very disrespectful and defensive, so much I couldn't even explain my situation fully. He was very determined to teach me a lesson that when you do business with Frisco dodge, they're are there to just collect your money. Very unfortunate to be treated like this and to be told by the head guy in charge that he does not care a bit to show a little empathy.
