FreightCenter.com is fantastic upfront while they explain to you what services they provide and how things will progress from pick up until delivery. When they have lulled you into a sense of comfort and compatibility with the job AND have quickly and conveniently taken your funds UPFRONT for services yet to be rendered... things go horribly wrong and the story quickly changes.

They were late picking up my item- it took 4 days from the initiation of the contract until pick-up. They then picked the item up - did NOT package it "on-site" as they said they would. Removed the item NAKED to a "Packaging Facility" which, two weeks later no-one at the company seems to no WHERE this packaging center is, Where my item is or even when or IF it will ever be shipped!

Presently, I am out my item (a very expensive piece of medical equipment) + the $754.00 in shipping fees. BUYER BEWARE! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! 13ef7ae
