KinderCare Education - complaint about the director and staff

I'm very disappointed with the director and the assistant director. I have asked the director about current things and never got answered, I asked the assistant director and same never got an answer on how about my son got a bruised on his back. I'm not happy with KinderCare anymore, and that man that they have working there, his personal hygiene needs to be addressed. KinderCare In Austin tx on Congress Ave I will never go back.
